Story
Duke is a little over 1 y.o born November 2023 male. He is good with other dogs. He has all his shots, and micro chipped. Scheduled to get neutered March 13th which I can pay for. He truely is a loving good boy to our other female dog, and kids. However my female and him are not getting along, my female being the aggressor. So it’s been difficult to keep them separated when we’re not home. He has a lot of energy, and would thrive on a farm with lots of places to run. Although we have a fenced backyard I don’t think it’s enough space for him. He is good about going to his kennel, but would thrive with a family that has more time to run and play. He is approximately 75 lbs. We truely just want the best home for him.

Story
We have a wonderful description from Willy`s current foster!:GENERAL PERSONALITY:Willy wants to be around one person all day long. He will leave my side if he wants to destress in our bedroom and even then he wants me there. Usually, I have a dog that follows me around in and outside and is always looking for attention. When he gets attention, he is always very thankful and excited for it. He puts a smile on my face often. I wanted to add, he has no aggression to him. He is in a home with two other adults, a dog, and three cats. He loves all of us, he plays with the dog, and he is fascinated with the cats, but wishes no harm. They just hate how close he wants to get. JUMPING UP:Willy still likes to jump up. He wants to be near your face. I am presently working on him not jumping up while I am standing and allow him to put his paws on my shoulders when I am kneeled down. He is beginning to understand, but he gets so excited he quickly forgets rules in an attempt to give kisses. In addition, when he gets very excited, he nips at your nose while giving you kisses. It is very fast, but delicate. I`ve come to love it. It really means he is excited and happy. He also is still learning not to put his paws in my face when too excited.FAST LEARNER:Willy learns very quickly. He is very motivated by praise alone, but treats will get very far. He has a tendency to not listen or run through/by things with little grace. He does not do this because he is being intentionally bad, but rather he is an anxious and excitable dog. He knows how to sit. I am presently working on laying down. I taught him to sit in an hour and he had it committed within a day. If I had more time with him, he could learn so much more. He is learning a ton though, just through living life. Mostly learning that everything is not scary and what play is.I do want to add he is smart enough to learn commands and ignore the ones he does not like. Sometimes it is hard to distinguish between him not knowing and him ignoring. If he is ignoring you, you will not appear on his radar at all. He can be a little aggravating at times like this. However, it shows intelligence and a smart dog is an amazing and interesting dog to me. POTTY TRAINING:Willy was so easy. He wants to mark locations he is unfamiliar with. When I first brought him home(after a chance to use the potty for some time), I locked up the cats and let him freely wander. He went to one locat
