Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.   If you would like to take me home please complete a Pet Adoption Application   Female, Aussie Gypsy is a 3 year old Australian Shepherd that came to us with her five fluffy puppies from a situation we were glad to  help remove her from. Thin and flea ridden, a bit scared about what was happening, she was still the sweetest thing you could imagine, begging for love with her eyes scared to death. At Camp she now has good food, a warm place to be with the little nuggets, a place to escape their sharp teeth and many many loving hands on her daily.  Gypsy just sits and looks up at you with loving eyes now, you cannot help but fall in love with her. She walks well on a leash, goes out to the play pens to have a run about and back inside to her little ones. This gal cannot be spayed because she has been feeding the pups, weaning her now. She has had her initial vaccines, will have her rabies in another week.    Gypsy’s puppies are 7 weeks old and will not be ready for adoption until  February 9th .   If you’re interested in adopting,  submit your application now  at  www.camppapillon.org .   If you  already have an approved application on file , email Marylynn at     mkalevich@camppapillon.org  to express your interest.   &#226&#154&#160&#239&#184&#143  Please note:  You  must  have an approved application to meet the puppies. Gypsy and her puppies  cannot be seen until February 9th . The office will begin calling to set up appointments at that time.    Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.  January 29, 2025, 9:18 pm

Story
Jett's foster says he is very low maintenance and so easy to care for. He loves cuddles but doesn’t ask for them. He’s content being in the room with his people. He crates up at night with no problem and loves to go on walks!!! He used to be afraid to leave his safe place now wants to explore! He is now house trained, crate trained and easy on leash. He knows commands Sit, Stay, Shake and Here. He loves having a canine companion. Age: 11 mos WT: 48 lbs. Temperament: Good with all people and dogs. Vetting: neutered, up to date on vaccines, HW negative Training: house trained, crate trained, good on leash, safe loose in the house. For questions, please email loramyers51@yahoo.com To ensure we're meeting both pet and adopters' needs, we ask potential adopters to complete an Adoption Application (www.bit.ly/DH-Adoption) for caretakers to review.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Bluey is an 8 month old, 20 lb,  Blue Merle Mini Australian Shepherd. He was found as a stray and taken to the shelter. It was later determined that the finder was actually the owner.   While Bluey was very timid in the shelter since coming with us he has proven to be a happy and very friendly.  In his foster home we have found him to be house and crate trained. Bluey is a great leash walker who actually pulls out his leash from the basket when he is looking to go out. He is very well behaved but like all puppies can get into things. So puppy proofing is very important.  We are looking for a home with herding dog experience and a fenced back yard. Bluey is very intelligent and energetic. Bluey is good with other dogs and a dog to match his energy would be great but is not necessary.  If interested in Bluey, please fill out an adoption application out at njshpetrescue.org Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 22, 2025, 11:34 am

Story
Meet Alice, our darling brown and white girl that has the most memorable face and sky high ears you have ever seen.   This girl was born around the middle of May and is thought to be combination of lots of breed influences.   For starters we think that Cattle Dog and Aussie might be a mixture that are dominant for her.  She is one smart little girl that adorable her foster family and all the other big dogs (several German Shepherds are her mentors and big sisters) and many foster cats are present as well in the home.  Her boundless happy puppy energy catapults her through the days as she grows in to a true beauty inside and out.  She is so playful and loving and always ready for the next BIG ADVENTURE!  She loves to chase toys and explore the backyard for new things to do and maybe a few squirrels to make friends with.  She absorbs whatever you teach her like a sponge.  Her foster mom is an excellent trainer and knows the importance of teaching manners and commands.  Her friendly nature makes her easy to meet new people and she is does not shy away from new experiences either.  She is a snuggler when she is tired and very loving as she sits beside you to watch a good TV show.  This girl will be an excellent recall pup since she is learning that now and is so eager to please and be with her humans.  If you are interested in this beauty who will grow to be a 45-50 pound girl, please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com   Let us know where you live: city and state when you are inquiring. PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.January 2, 2025, 2:07 pm
