Whiskey is truly one of the most precious animals my fiancé and I have ever met. We got Whiskey the day after Christmas from a friend who rescued him. Whiskey’s previous owners were extremely abusive and neglectful. When we brought Whiskey home, we immediately noticed not only his mats but his anxiety. Unfortunately, we are not able to spend the necessary amount of time at home with Whiskey to ease his anxiety. Whiskey’s birthday is Valentine’s Day which naturally suits his loyal and loving character. Whiskey is crate trained and sleeps in his crate at night. Coming from a small apartment, Whiskey loves his outdoor space, long walks, and playing at every opportunity. Whiskey is fully vaccinated and has had all of his blood work as well as fecal tests done. We would love to give Whiskey’s new home his crate, bowls, and leads to ensure his transition goes smoothly.

His downfall is he will clear any fence and will come when he wants to. He is trained on invisible fence, however, and is very good with that! He will not escape a fence if you are in the yard with him but he just wants to be with his people so he will escape if left alone. Meet Skipper - Skipper is 15 weeks old. We think this litter looks like Australian Shepherd/Cattle Dog mixes (JUST A GUESS). Skipper is the most adventurous and fearless of the group! The mom, Bonnie, is super sweet and has been a great mom. The puppies are all playful and loving and enjoy cuddling with their foster mom and dad. They have been in foster care since birth and enjoy getting lots of attention. The puppies will require an adopter who is at home a good portion of the day to continue training - no exceptions! This puppy is up to date on age-appropriate vaccines and microchipped. This puppy will need to be neutered at 6 months of age. The Adoption Fee for this puppy is $400.00. The adoption fee for this dog is $400, which helps with the cost of routine vet care. This fee DOES NOT INCLUDE spay/neuter if the pup is not already spayed/neutered. If the animal you are adopting is not already spayed/neutered, you will be required to sign a contract legally obligating you to have the animal altered. A $100.00 fee will be returned to the adopter once the animal has been sterilized.
