Story
Lila is a 13 year old, very spirited Aussie/Border Collie mix in perfect health. She typically does well when there's a lot of stimulation, people to be around, and lot's of exercise. Although she can display reactiveness when on leash, she is easy to calm. She can play well with dogs at the dog park and in the home. Would not recommend for a house with small children or cats as she is a herding breed. She is very sweet, will listen well, and is always ready for an adventure!

Story
I'm looking for a new home for my 3-year-old Australian Shepherd/German Shepherd mix, Delta, due to an upcoming move. Delta is affectionate, friendly, and loves cuddles and attention. He gets along well with other dogs after some time to adjust and could likely do well with cats. He's great with kids and loves to be around people. One of Delta's quirks is that he loves having his own special place. At home, he enjoys curling up under my desk in a cozy, covered spot. He's also been camping with us and was a natural, doing great in the outdoors. He responds well to training, especially with a beeper, and is eager to learn. Delta would thrive in a loving, active home where he can get the attention and affection he deserves. If you're looking for a loyal and loving companion, Delta might be the perfect match!

Story
Meet adorable and loving Jude. He was rescued from the Avenal animal shelter in CA, where he spent an agonizing nine months-over 274 days-locked away. At just six months old, he faced a year of confinement that could be likened to seven years in human terms. The boredom and distress he experienced are unimaginable. Now that Jude is out of the shelter, he is learning and adapting, but he has a long way to go. He has been doing so great at training and you can definitely see such wonderful results from the training program! We’ve seen amazing progress at the training facility. He is now looking for his forever home or foster. is done with his training and doing so well! He was in a program for about 60 days and has proven to be ready for a foster or adoptive home. Trainers are able to give some sessions to show what he has learned! He would love to be in his new home for the new year. Jude is 1.5 years old, neutered, vaccinated and micro-chipped. Jude is currently still in San Jose but plans to transport as soon as we have a foster or adopter. Jude is VERY dog friendly and his adoption includes one on one training sessions with you. He would do best with older children but is good with people and has learned to be open to his new surroundings. Jude walks well on a leash, is house trained and he can’t wait to meet you! Jude is a tall handsome boy that just need a chance. Jude has graduated his training program and looking for a great home. Please apply so we can help this boy stay on his training routine and make your life better! Please contact Priscilla at packlyferescue@yahoo.com.

Story
Astrid is the sweetest girl! This 5yr old, 50lb, silly as can be girl will be a wonderful addition to a very lucky family. Although she is a little shy and reserved at first, Astrid is a very friendly, playful girl that is polite to everyone she meets. She is very active so long walks, hiking and even jogging will be a must to keep this girl well exercised. After a proper introduction, she is great with other dogs and she thrives on her playtime with foster siblings so another medium size friendly dog in the home would be great, or at least she should have a regular pal for play dates. In her previous living situation, a small chihuahua was her best friend. She’ll even get along with dog savvy cats. She is house and crate trained. Astrid must have a 6ft securely fenced yard.
