Story
We got Zoey when she was 8 weeks old from a farm. She lives with a smaller dog, two cats, and 4 children ages 8yrs-2m and gets along with everyone! She is very friendly and happy all the time. She is kennel trained and house trained. LOVES chasing laser pointers or even a simple reflection of your phone in the sunlight. She does have anxiety which causes her to suck on her hips. Vet says she could outgrow it or would possibly need to be medicated (have not medicated yet, she gets CBD chews). She will need a place to run or have a way to burn energy. She is vaccinated and spayed. Shes roughly 1.5 yrs old. My son has had a lot of medical issues recently which causes us to do a lot of traveling, so it’s not fair to keep her kenneled all day long while we’re at doctors appointments. Will include: Some food, kennel, bones and favorite toys Zoey’s vaccination needs from current vet are shown in picture.

Story
Meet Lady! Lady came to CCHS with her brother, Tramp, towards the end of January from a local farm. This little Lady is a 9-week-old Mini-Aussie mix and weighs 4lbs currently. Our veterinary staff determined that Lady, much like her brother Tramp, is blind. This hasn't slowed her down one bit and she is still as sassy as can be! While Lady does have a sassy side, she only shows it when she wants you to show her loving! Although we aren't certain what her exact breed makeup is, we can tell you she is 100% your next best friend. Lady is very attached to her brother Tramp, and will need to be adopted with him. With any puppy, training and socialization are incredibly important to the success of the pup. Apply for Lady and Tramp today!Approved applicants will be notified via email. Please check junk/spam folders for a response. The adoption fee is $400. Adoption applications can be filled out at CCHS or online through our website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. Applications are not first come, first served. All applications will be reviewed by the adoption committee and the home chosen will be the one considered to be the best match. All dogs and puppies have been vaccinated for Distemper and Bordetella, dewormed and microchipped. If old enough, they will be vaccinated for Rabies and blood tested for Heartworm, Lymes, Anaplasmosis and Ehrlichiosis. Dogs and puppies will be spayed or neutered before adoption.CCHS is proud to be a No-Kill Humane Society. As a private, non-profit charity, our work depends on donations and volunteers to keep going. We are committed to helping the animals that enter our doors and finding each the best possible forever home. CCHS has been inspected and licensed by the Department of Animal Health - DATCP. Our license is #268235-DS.

Story
Meet Tramp! Tramp came to CCHS with his sister, Lady, from a local farm towards the end of January. This itty bitty, Mini Aussie mix is about 9 weeks old and weighs 4.2lbs currently. Tramp is a special pup! Our veterinary staff determined that Tramp is blind, likely the result from inbreeding. This hasn't stopped him one bit however! He is active and loving and ready to take on the world by your side! While we aren't certain what his exact breed makeup is, we can tell you he is 100% a wigglebutt! Tramp is very bonded to his sister, Lady, and the two do need to be adopted together. With any puppy, training and socialization are incredibly important to the success of the pup.
