He also needs some serious training he has some behavior issues that make him unpredictable. When he does feel safe he is a happy dog and sweet. He likes to play with his toys and likes to bark(talk) at them, he entertains himself. He likes short walks (he has short legs so long walks can be too much), he really, really, loves car rides.

Deebs is about 2.5-3 years old. We adopted him as a puppy from a rescue after he had to have his eye removed from trauma from a breeder. We have 8 and 10 year old boys that he loves. He loves other dogs. He does not love strangers coming into our house. He gets aggressive. He loves walks and is potty trained. We feel he would be happier in a home with adults that are home a lot and have another dog for companionship. All he wants to do is cuddle with his person. It is really hard to make this decision but we truly feel we can find him a home that suits him better.

We have had Stella since she was 12 weeks old. She is 5.5 now, 45 lbs, vaccinated and very healthy. We got her from a friend who breeds bulldogs when she had a litter of puppies. She is a quirky, playful snuggly bulldog. She loves cuddling on the couch, playing keep away with her tug rope, watching tv, going to the beach, road trips and meeting new people. As most bulldogs do, she does have some occasional dermatitis caused by environmental allergies. It is easily maintained with as needed medication. She was our only baby for so long and then we welcomed a human baby last year and she just hasn't taken to her. She has snarled at her a few times and as our baby becomes more mobile, as much as it breaks our hearts, we ultimately think she'd be better suited in a family that doesn't have small kids. (12 and up is fine). She is fine to socialize with other dogs but can not share toys or a living space with them. She needs to be the only dog in the home.

Meet Hershey! This sweet bully girl was pulled from Long Beach Shelter with a dire need of surgery on her eyelids which we provided a few weeks ago. She is now in perfect health and ready for her forever home! When we first got Hershey, she was scared of other dogs (barking, lunging). We have had a dog trainer fostering her since her surgery and now she is able to comfortably go on walks side-by-side with other dogs while showing amazing leash manners! We LOVE the progress she has made in the last couple of weeks, but we are looking for a home where she is either the only dog, or is going to owners that are very, very savvy with crate rotations, dog behavior, etc. Hershey LOVES people- especially women and is so playful!! She loves to play with toys and get silly with her fosters in their yard. It may take her a little bit to warm up to new men. She is just so sensitive due to her traumatic past. She is crate trained, potty trained, just a wonder of a dog. She loves to snuggle SO much! Because she is such a velcro dog, we recommend her being crated when alone or at night to avoid the possibility of separation anxiety which is SO difficult to undo once it has begun.
