Gus is a 5 year old English bulldog. We got hit by a drunk driver with him in the car in 2023 and since then he has anxiety and gets easily startled. We have 2 small children and worry about him with the unpredictability of the children. He is a lover and likes a quiet, laid back environment. He is lazy at heart but enjoys walks and being outside. Even though we love Gus, we know it is best for him to be in a quieter, less chaotic household.

We are sure he won't be very excited about that, but we are hoping it will help him from feeling the need to mark and perhaps calm him down around the little guys and gals! Where are the Bulldog lovers?! Meet the next love of your life, Chedwick aka "the tank"! He's a heart throb, from his adorable tongue that sicks out most of the time, to his curly little tail! His favorite things in the world are his toys, especially squeeky balls. You will find him just relaxing with his ball hanging out of his mouth. This guy is fantastic with other dogs and cats, but he is looking for a home without young children. This is because he just can't contain his excitement when it comes to toys. This is something that can be worked on with training. However, if you have Chedwicks toy, or something he thinks is a toy, he's going to try to grab it out of your hands and he's not very gentle about it. He's mouthy, but not intentionally. That is his only downfall, he's otherwise a perfect dog. When he wants attention and you're not giving it to him he sits down at your feet and paws at you, it's adorable. Chedwick is fantastic with leash walking, he doesn't pull and turns around to make sure you're close by if he goes the full lenth of his leash. This dude is a professional at catching balls in his mouth and playing tug of war. Chedwick came to us from animal control. He is 5-6 years old and just finished his treatment for lyme disease. As far as house training he will need some work. He will go every time you take him out, but he will go inside if not taken out when he needs to go. Chedwick deserves his forever home. Saltine is a little lover- he loves to cuddle! He sleeps in bed every night and is right up against his foster mom. He gets along well with the resident dogs and likes to ride in the car. He is food obsessed. He most likely was not fed regularly, and he inhales food. A slow feeder bowl is a must. He will also push resident dogs right out of their bowls and inhale their food- so he will need to bed fed separately from other pets and have their food kept away. A home that “free feeds” current pets will not work for Saltine. He is house trained, but he does “leg lift” in the home on occasion. Due to have such pronounced Bulldog legs, he is not going to be running partner, but would love a walk!

She needed emergency to save her life. She survived, and then had to go though heartworm treatment! She’s finally healthy and ready for her family! Baddie enjoys hiking and playing in the mud, although she can’t last long on hikes. She loves toys and playing tug of war. She lives with a lot of dogs, but can be bossy at times. She rides well in the car. Her favorite thing is affection and she will roll over for a belly rub any chance she gets.
