Meet Lexi, an almost 5-year-old AKC-registered Greater Swiss Mountain Dog with all the charm and characteristics of her distinguished breed. Lexi is a gentle giant with a resounding bark that she’s not shy about using, whether she’s excited, frustrated, sad, or happy.True to her breed, Lexi has a strong and robust build, with a tri-colored coat that's both striking and beautiful. Despite her impressive size and lineage, Lexi is quite the diva and prefers the comfort of a couch to outdoor adventures. She's a bit of a couch potato, enjoying the simple pleasures of lounging and being pampered.Lexi came to us as an owner surrender when her previous family could no longer provide the veterinary care she needed. She recently underwent surgery for pyometra and has been feeling much better since. Pre-surgery blood work revealed that Lexi has hypothyroidism, which is easily managed with daily medication. She also tested positive for Lyme disease, which has been treated.Despite her health challenges, Lexi's spirit remains unbroken. She’s a loving and affectionate dog who enjoys being the center of attention. Lexi would thrive in a home where she can be the diva she is, receiving plenty of love and care.
