Story
Meet Max! He came into us as an owner surrender through no fault of his own. He is 8 yrs old but he certainly doesn’t act like it! He may look like a little cow, but he is strong like a bull. Max will have to be the only pet wherever he goes- he’s the king and he knows it! He is good with kids and has enjoyed the time he gets to spend with people here. He gets a little over excited with his leash when he really has to pee- he will grab that leash and try to walk himself right out the door! Little Mr. Independent will likely learn to chill out with this leash business once he is in a home. We feel that is something that we are seeing due to the kennel stress, and may very well resolve once he finds his forever home. His ideal home would include a fenced-in-yard and LOTS of LOVE. Come meet Max and see why he would be a great addition to your family!

Country is an 8-year-old senior that acts like a puppy that acts just like a puppy! He's EXTREMELY toy motivated and does tend to get protective over them. He is squeaky little guy that has a lot to say. Country was surrendered to us with his sister who has since been adopted. Country is sad being in such a stressful environment and is counting the days till the right person comes along for him.
