My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tank is a sweet boy who has been in and out of the shelter system several times in the last year. Here’s what know from his former homes:

- He’s housebroken and signals to go out when needed
- He’s playful and loves toys
- He’s loving and affectionate
- He’s smart and knows tricks
- He’s done well with kids
- He’s crate trained

Here’s what one volunteer at the shelter said:

“Tank was a good boy on both our walks this week. He was sitting pretty in the kennel waiting for me to leash him up. Once outside he walked well. He knows many tricks and loves to get treats.”

Sadly, Tank returned from his most recent adoption in need of some TLC, and we would love to see this boy finally get the loving forever home that he deserves.

When meeting other dogs in playgroup Tank has been playful and social; he’d like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to ensure a good fit. Please ask to meet Tank today!!

Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

Mon - Tues: 12-7pm Wed - 1:30-7pm Thurs - Fri: 12-7pm Saturday and Sunday 10 am to 5 pm Must be checked in 45 minutes before close

2.
Meet the Pet

Once you have decided which pets you are interested in, sign in for an adoption counselor who will guide you through the adoption process.

3.
Take the Pet Home

Cats must leave in a carrier and dogs must leave in a carrier or on leash. We do have these available for purchase in our lobby store.

Additional adoption info

Year-Round Adoption Fees:
• Puppies and kittens less than 4 months old $50
• Adult dogs and cats $30
• A standard $20 dog license fee may apply
• Pets who have been waiting for more than 2 weeks for a family and pets over 5 years old $0 - Fee Waived!

Every adoption includes:
• Spay or neuter surgery
• First Vaccinations
• Microchip
• Vet visit certificate
• Pet insurance
