Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Sasha is a 12-year-old, 6.5-pound Chihuahua with a heart full of love and an incredible story of resilience. When we rescued her from the shelter, she was in rough shape—her skin was bare and resembled an elephant’s. But thanks to dedicated vet care and lots of TLC, Sasha’s skin has improved by 99%, and she’s ready to find her forever home!
Sasha’s delicate skin does require a little extra care—her ears need to be cleaned twice a month, and she thrives on a diet that agrees with her sensitive stomach. Despite these small needs, Sasha is an easy-going companion who will steal your heart in no time.
Though she was adopted once, Sasha sadly lost her dad when he passed away. Her mom tried her best, but she couldn’t manage on her own, so Sasha is looking for a loving home again.
Sasha is a snuggler at heart and loves to burrow under blankets or find cozy spots to relax. She’s house-trained, fully vetted, and loves being carried or sitting in your lap. Her playful spunk and loving nature make her an irresistible companion.
Senior dogs like Sasha bring a special kind of joy to life. While their time with us may be shorter, their love and loyalty make every moment unforgettable.
Sasha’s adoption fee is $150. If you’re ready to give this sweet girl the forever home she deserves, please fill out an application today at Chloe’s Pet Rescue. Trust us, one meeting with Sasha, and you’ll be smitten!

Additional adoption info
We are a RESCUE ORGANIZATION; please complete your online Adoption Application, which can be found on our website. We require an adoption application, vet reference, and a home visit with the pet. ALL of our pets are spayed, neutered or scheduled prior to being adopted. They are UTD on shots, heartworm negative, treated or scheduled to be treated, and micro chipped. They must be kept on heartworm preventative for the rest of their lives. Our adoption fees vary. Puppies have an increased adoption fee since they need three or four sets of shots, multiple de-wormings, and other puppy needs to keep them healthy.

CPR is an animal rescue organization run solely by volunteers. Our primary goal is to save dogs from euthanization at shelters as a result of factors such as a lack of funding and space. These wonderful animals are put at risk because they have no one to claim and adopt them. We aim to give them the second chance that they so deserve. Our animals come to us from shelters around DFW and stay in foster homes where they are given the medical attention (vaccinations, surgeries, heart worm testing, etc) and care that they deserve.
