My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

How this pet arrived:
Faith was brought in by her previous owner on 12/19/24.

Why this pet is the one for you:
Meet Faith in her previous home Faith was noted to be very energetic and playful. She would get bored when left unattended and she would finds way to keep herself occupied. Faith will do best in a home that can be home and manage her slight behaviors, She has been working with a trainer and has learned a lot form those sessions, A adoption counselor can go over her notes in more depth if you are interested in adopting.

At SDHS:
This pet has been vaccinated, microchipped and spayed/neutered. This pet is now ready for their new home!

To Meet Faith come to the Escondido Campus.

More about this shelter

San Diego Humane Society, an open-admission shelter, is creating a more humane world by inspiring compassion and advancing the welfare of animals and people. Our lifesaving safety net has helped San Diego become the largest city in the U.S. to keep healthy and treatable shelter animals from being euthanized. We are a private, independent, nonprofit organization that is not affiliated with any other humane society or society for the prevention of cruelty to animals.

With campuses in El Cajon, Escondido, Oceanside, Ramona and San Diego, we provide animal services for 14 cities within San Diego County. We not only care for 50,000 animals in our communities but also share the expertise we have gained through our innovative programs with shelters nationwide so they can save more lives in their communities.

While our influence is expanding nationally, our top priority is meeting the needs of San Diego. We provide exceptional care for all animals through world-class veterinary medicine, shelter and most of all: love.
