Sweet and Snuggly!
Meet Feyre Archeron! Feyre Archeron is in a foster home in Spokane, WA and can be transported to your area (see information below in the “Adopting from Path of Hope Rescue” section).
Feyre Archeron has soft, fawn colored fur and striking light-colored eyes. DNA test results on her sibling indicate she is American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, and a blend of other breeds including German Shepherd, Chow Chow, and Weimaraner. Feyre Archeron just might be a little of everything, and we estimate she will be a medium size dog when grown. Feyre Archeron and her eight siblings (Court of Dreams litter) were discovered in a cardboard box, turned in to a Texas shelter, and slated for euthanasia. We were able to save them all (thank you, fosters!) and transport them here to find new homes in the PNW area.
Sweet, gentle, and affectionate, Feyre Archeron’s most favorite thing is to be warm and get cuddles. Spending the day on the couch with you is her idea of perfection. An easy puppy to have around, Feyre Archeron entertains herself with chew toys and loves any game that results in treats. If she has a toy she is particularly fond of, she will take it to her crate to play with later. Feyre Archeron has made friends with the resident dog in her new foster home, and she enjoys playing with him and having a companion. This curious girl finds everything you are doing noteworthy, even if it is just relaxing with a book or working from home. Funny and friendly, Feyre Archeron enjoys adventures (she found an outing to see a large holiday light display fascinating), walks, and meeting new people. Once she lets loose her social butterfly nature, she showers people with kisses and snuggles (personal space is an alien concept to her). Feyre Archeron will play, wear herself out, then be perfectly happy snuggled up in your lap for as long as you will let her.
Born in mid-July, Feyre Archeron is working on her skills. She is potty trained, she walks well on her leash, and she knows her basic obedience commands with a treat incentive. She has been learning heel, sit, down, touch, and place (food rewards really focuses her). Feyre Archeron already has good recall skills and comes when called, and she does well in her crate for several hours at a time (especially if she has a favorite toy).
Feyre Archeron’s ideal home? She seeks someone to love who will love her in return, and who will ensure she learns the skills that will make her a happy and well-rounded dog. Feyre Archeron enjoys company, so a home with kids, dogs, and dog savvy cats would suit her. Treats and games and warm blankets would be wonderful, too, and she’d be delighted to spend hours hanging out with you. Does this sound like your home?
