Hi there! I’m Ralph, a warmhearted, energetic, and friendly young boy with a big heart. And I'm cute too! I have a thermosensitive coat, responsible for my dark brown coloring on the coldest spots of my body (nose, ears, and feet). Isn’t that cool?
Like most bunnies, I can take a little while to warm up to unfamiliar surroundings. But once I have assessed I am safe, I am a pretty social guy. I adore pets and am known for greeting my foster mom at my door (especially if it is mealtime- I know who gives me the good stuff!).
Speaking of mealtime: I have a big appetite for pretty much anything. I’m not picky! I especially love my timothy hay, cilantro, and oxbow pellets. Yum!
I’m not a big fan of being confined to a pen and I do my best when I have a lot of space to roam. If I’m determined enough, no Xpen is too high for me! But don’t worry, I’m a perfect gentleman when it comes to my space. I have never chewed on anything I’m not supposed to and my litter box habits are exemplary. And I’m pretty cool in that I LOVE hardwood floors. I love skating around on slippery floors and exploring every crevice. And hardwood floor naps? Sign me up!
When it comes to playtime, I am obsessed with chewing on palm-leaf bowls. They are crunchy and delicious! I also love cardboard cat scratchers, baby stacking cups, and snuffle mats! Any toy foster mom needs to sprinkle kibble or treats into is a hit for me!
My short, soft fur only needs a good brushing once a week to keep it looking spiffy and when it comes time, I don’t mind being brushed, as long as nobody tries to pick me up.
My foster mom thinks I’d do well with a bondmate because of my social and friendly nature. I’ve never met any kids, cats, or dogs so I am not sure how well I’d do with them, but with proper introductions and supervision, I might be open to it.
So if you are looking for an adventurous, curious, and adorable companion, I am your guy! Fill out an adoption application for me, and let’s see if we are a perfect match!

RRMN bunnies are all vetted, spayed/neutered, and microchipped. All bunnies are fostered in private homes where they are socialized and ready to become indoor companion house pets. RRMN is a non-profit rescue group operated 100% by volunteers, and 100% of donations/adoption fees go to the direct care of our animals. Due to their very special behavioral needs, we do not advocate for our rescue rabbits to serve as Emotional Support Animals (ESAs). We are unable to provide any documentation or certification for an ESA.
If you have any questions or are interested in meeting or adopting this bunny, the first step is to complete an adoption application found on our website: http://www.rabbitrescueofmn.com. For the safety of our rescue bunnies, our protocol requires a home-visit before placement. Therefore, we are unable to facilitate adoptions that exceed an hour and a half of travel time from the Twin Cities area.
