Must adopt with bond mate, Pearle
Hi there! I'm Baxter, a handsome, energetic bunny with a heart full of love for my bond mate, Pearle. We were found together this past August after being dumped in a neighborhood. We were just babies at the time - only about 3 months old! Since then, Pearle and I have been inseparable, and we’re looking for a forever home where we can stay together.
If there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s that I’m very protective of Pearle. She’s my best friend, and I’ll do anything to make sure she’s safe and happy. I follow her everywhere, and I even get a little grumpy if another bunny gets too close to our space. I love sitting on top of our little castle to keep an eye on things around the room. When Pearle and I are racing around, I’m super fast and love to chase her, but don’t worry, we’ve never had any fights, just lots of playful fun.
Pearle and I absolutely adore our tunnel. You’ll usually find us running through it together, or just relaxing inside like it’s our little hideaway. We also have our favorite spots in our x-pen, where we love to snuggle up or stretch out after a busy day of exploring. If you move anything around, we’ll happily redecorate it for you!
When I’m not running and playing, I enjoy being petted. I’m a calm, gentle guy who enjoys a good grooming session, especially when I’m molting. I’m totally fine with nail trims too. I get along well with respectful kids and will sit with them as long as they’re patient and calm. As for other animals, I haven’t met any cats or dogs yet, but I’m open to new experiences if they’re respectful of my space.
I’m a pretty tidy bunny, and Pearle and I are excellent at using our litter box. Sometimes we get a little territorial, especially if another bunny is nearby, but otherwise, we’re pretty clean. We both love our veggies - greens, carrots, cilantro (though Pearle likes to hog the cilantro, so I make do with the rest!). Our favorite treats are the Oxbow Simple Rewards - apple and banana flavor, yum! We tried fresh strawberries once, but it took us a while to get on board with that one.
I’m full of energy and I’ve been working on learning some tricks! I’m super excited to find a home where I can share my love and playful spirit with my forever family.

RRMN bunnies are all vetted, spayed/neutered, and microchipped. All bunnies are fostered in private homes where they are socialized and ready to become indoor companion house pets. RRMN is a non-profit rescue group operated 100% by volunteers, and 100% of donations/adoption fees go to the direct care of our animals. Due to their very special behavioral needs, we do not advocate for our rescue rabbits to serve as Emotional Support Animals (ESAs). We are unable to provide any documentation or certification for an ESA.
