My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

**Meet Baby Bottle Pop!**

Baby Bottle Pop is a sweet and loving cat who will win your heart with his gentle personality. While he can be a bit shy at first, once he gets to know you, he forms a truly special bond. One of his favorite things is belly rubs.

This charming kitty has a refined palate—he loves Friskies Shreds, especially chicken, and enjoys shredded chicken too. Seafood is acceptable but only if it’s mixed with chicken! He’s not a fan of beef but is always eager for a treat, especially Temptations.
Moderately active, Baby Bottle Pop enjoys occasional play sessions with wand toys but also appreciates his downtime. He’s perfectly content napping or sitting by the window, watching the birds go by.

He has a positive history with kids. However, it’s recommended that he go to a home with older kids who understand how to interact respectfully with him. Do to his shy tendencies. Baby Bottle Pop has also has positive history with dogs, making him a versatile and loving addition to many families.

If you’re looking for a sweet, affectionate, and moderately active feline friend, Baby Bottle Pop is ready to make your home his forever home!

More about this shelter

The Maryland SPCA connects wonderful pets to loving owners. We are not affiliated with any national animal organization, and we do not receive any government or United Way funding. Our mission is to prevent cruelty and neglect of animals through fostering the humane relationship between animals and people. We operate primarily in the Greater Baltimore Metropolitan area.

To make sure that our dogs and cats do not contribute to the pet overpopulation problem, every one is spayed or neutered before going into a new home. The cost is included in the adoption fee, as are the costs of shots and other necessary care. In addition, a free Positive Pooch class is available to our dog adopters.

There is no set time limit for how long an animal can remain in our adoption program. As long as an animal maintains general good health and a sound temperament, we keep him or her until adopted. We pride ourselves on providing premium care to the animals in a clean, pleasant environment. Our adoption staff works diligently to pair up adopters with the best animal match for their homes and lifestyles.

We transport animals from other shelters to our adoption center to help more animals get adopted. We also help pet owners find new homes for their pets so their animals don’t need to enter shelter care.
