My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Sissy!

This puppy has become a POSO favorite - she has been in two different foster homes and each of them said she is the best puppy they have had!

**She loves all the dogs she's met in her foster homes and would love another dog in the home but not needed. Very well socialized
**She is walking well on leash, crate trained, and working on house training which is going super well!
**She is very smart and learning so fast
**She is active but also mellow

All Poso dogs come fully vetted and with 2 free dog training sessions

More about this rescue

“A Dog Rescue Doing More than Dog Rescue”
We are a young rescue (3rd year anniversary in Jan 2023), but we are here to lead the way of what rescue actually means and set the standard so others can follow.

We are doing more than just rescuing the dog.
We hold monthly group training classes for the community (yes, even those without rescue dogs).

We provide free training for our foster families.
We provide free training for our adoptive families.
We are doing more than just rescuing the dog, we are changing the pattern of surrendering by providing knowledge and education through our community.
It seems like a simple thought of course, but one that many rescue groups do not follow.
