Billy is a six-month-old black-and-white tuxedo cat with a heart of gold and a playful spirit. Rescued from a Brooklyn backyard with his brother, Vern, Billy has shown incredible resilience and sweetness despite his rough start in life. Now, he’s ready to find his forever home—ideally with his best friend, Vern.
Billy is the confident leader of the pair, while Vern is the gentle lovebug. Together, they’re inseparable, spending their days in lively, hilarious games of chase followed by cozy naps snuggled up together. Both brothers are polydactyl, sporting extra toes that give them adorable matching “thumbs.”
During Billy’s early days outdoors, a severe infection led to the removal of his left eye. Routine blood work has also revealed some abnormalities. He has no present symptoms and does not require any treatment currently, but further testing will likely be required. We’ll fill you in.
Billy and Vern thrive in each other’s company and would love to be adopted as a pair. However, Billy could also adjust to a separate home, provided he has another playful feline friend to keep him company.
Billy is neutered, litter box trained, up to date on vaccines, and FIV/FeLV negative. He’s ready to bring his unique charm, big heart, and playful energy to a loving forever home. Could that be with you?
