Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
We are pleased to introduce you to Georgeann who came to Trash Cat Rescue with her brother, mother, and two sisters when she was less than a week old. She was almost an identical twin to her brother Earl for the first two months of her life and the two of them still stick pretty close to each other.
This gal is full of spunk and is not shy about letting people know it. She doesn't appreciate having to stay in the nursery with the other babies and is not shy about letting her foster moms know.
Georgeann led a few escapes from the kitten enclosure that she and her siblings were temporarily being kept in, but she mellowed out a bit once she was given free run of the entire nursery. She's a playful gal who loves to chase, wrestle and cuddle with her siblings.
She loves to gobble up a Churu and will begrudgingly share with her siblings - however she's way more willing to share her wet and dry food and toys. There's not a toy Georgann has met that she doesn't love to play with, but she really loves a feather with a bell on a fishing pole, she just can't resist them!
Georgeann is the perfect mix of kitten chaos and cuddles. She would benefit greatly by being adopted into a home with another young kitten or cat to play with (one of her siblings would make a great choice) or an older, playful cat.
Georgeann is almost four months old. She is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, flea treated, dewormed, and has tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Please apply to adopt her (and a littermate?) today!

Typically we talk a little with potential adopters to find a cat who is a good fit before sharing the application.
2.
Approve Application
We check over the application including checking vet references and doing landlord checks.
3.
Interview
We spend more time chatting with the adopters to specifically go over any questions from the application and details about the specific cat.
4.
Meet the Pet
Potential adopters have a meet and greet with the cat or kitten in the foster home.
5.
Sign Adoption Contract
At the meet and greet, if all goes well, the adoption contract can be signed, the fee can be paid, and the pet can go home!
6.
Pay Fee
7.
Take the Pet Home
Additional adoption info
We try to do our best to make sure we find good fitting, responsible homes, without wasting a lot of our time. Our app has a lot of screening questions which help eliminate potential adopters who might not be serious (they usually just don't return the app), or not a good fit, which is why the in depth interview happens once the app is returned.

We are a small but dedicated 501c3 nonprofit cat rescue specializing in making one person's garbage kitten another person's forever cat.
Our mission is to reduce feline suffering and overpopulation using a combination of TNR and adoptions. We foster and socialize whenever we have the resources to do so, including behavioral cats and kittens who might otherwise just be candidates for TNR.
