My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Reva is the sweetest dog in search of her best friend. Her previous life was a bit rough so she is looking for a soft landing. Her ideal home would be with someone who is home most of the time. She would be happy to have dog siblings but is also good on her own. She can get a bit jealous of others receiving attention, so she will need to learn about sharing. Reva has been good with other dogs, kids and okay with cats. She loves everyone she meets, but can be a bit timid around men until she gets to know them. She is still young so she does need some training and consistency to continue to be the best pup.

Reva is athletic and can easily jump on to the top a 6ft fence so a good solid, tall fence is a must for this future Olympian. She gets anxious when left alone so she would do best in a home with someone home most of the time or have a very secure kennel. Reva is fully house trained as far as using the bathroom. She is still learning not to chew things up when she is nervous. Her puppy brain tries hard to please her person, but anxiety does get the best of her from time to time.

Reva is spayed, up to date on her vaccinations and is mirco-chipped. If you are ready to add a fun athletic dog to your home, contact us today.

More about this rescue

Happy Tails at Pegasus was established to provide temporary and transitional housing for animals in need by working with local rescues and shelters. We want to be that soft landing for animals that need immediate removal from their situation. We then work with rescues and fosters to find permanent homes. On occasion, we provide permanent sanctuary for animals that cannot be adopted out.
