Here's what the humans have to say about me:
A24876 Sky is a brown with white colored, approximately 4-year-old, 61-pound, spayed female, Pitbull.
She entered the shelter as an owner surrender on 01-11-2025 because they stated she didn't get along with the other dog in the home. She was spayed by our medical team.
Sky is a friendly, calm, easy to handle girl here in the shelter. Our staff describes her as a chill girl who is happy to see you at her kennel, especially if you have a leash. She was easy to leash and excellent on leash out for a walk. She walked by all the other dog kennels not paying any attention to their barking. When we were outside, she calmly walked beside you and if she started to go ahead, easily listened and came right back to you. She has had some training and will “sit” “stay” and “come here” upon command. She has no interest in other dogs here at the shelter. Due to her surrender reasons, we would recommend no small dogs in the home and a meet and greet if you have another dog. We have not seen any aggression from her while she has been here. The previous owner says she is house broken and has lived with other dogs and children, but not cats. Sky will be a loving companion in her new forever home.
