My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Adoption Fee: $650 + taxes
Location: Foster Home

M&M is an adorable, cuddly pup who is sure to melt your heart! While he can be a little shy at first, he quickly warms up and will shower you with affectionate puppy kisses. This calm and gentle soul loves to relax in cozy spots, making him the perfect companion for lazy afternoons.

M&M also has a playful side and enjoys interacting with others in a kind and gentle way. He’s already mastering the art of sleeping through the night and is making great progress with potty training.

If you’re looking for a sweet, affectionate puppy who’s equal parts snuggly and playful, M&M is ready to bring endless love and joy to his forever home!

Go meet their pets

While we are a foster-based animal rescue and all of our dogs are in foster care, we do have a cat adoption space at our new Adoption & Wellness Center in Chaska. We also partner with local retail locations like PetSmart Richfield and Chuck & Don's Chanhassen to feature adoptable cats at their stores.

More about this rescue

Carver-Scott Humane Society was founded in 1989 with the mission of connecting animals in need with people who care. Our vision is a world where every animal is safe, cared for, and loved.

In 2017, we introduced a new, innovative rescue philosophy based on our Four Pillars: TNR, Serve Where You Save, FurKeeps, and Adopters Welcome. As of 2018, we adopt over 500 dogs and cats into the community every year, with a nationally reported Live Release Rate of 97%. We serve over 1,000 Minnesota pets and their families annually through our surrender prevention program, FurKeeps, aiming to keep pets out of the shelter system in the first place.

CSHS focuses on serving and saving Minnesota pets, and we do not transport animals in from out of state. We do our best to prevent surrender, which creates capacity for us to transfer most of our animals from high-volume impounds and shelters throughout the state. For the past three years, we have transferred more animals from Minneapolis Animal Care & Control than any other animal welfare organization.
