Meet Eggs! Eggs is a sweet boy who just needs a little time to feel comfortable in new situations. While he can be shy and reactive to strangers, patience and a gentle approach will help him build trust. Once he feels safe, his loving personality shines through. Eggs is a big fan of jerky treats, which can be a great way to win him over. It will be key to not force handling, but to slowly earn Egg's trust so he will allow you to do the handling you are both comfortable with. If you're ready to give Eggs the space and love he needs to thrive, he's ready to be your loyal companion!

Our lifesaving safety net has helped San Diego become the largest city in the U.S. to keep healthy and treatable shelter animals from being euthanized. We are a private, independent, nonprofit organization that is not affiliated with any other humane society or society for the prevention of cruelty to animals.
