Howdy Y’all, I’m a cute little Chihuahua mix puppy named Luke. I am about 4 months old, weigh 4.7 lbs and I’m looking for a forever home. I was surrendered to 4 Little Paws Rescue along with my brother Bo when our owner could no longer care for us, and we have been living it up in a foster home ever since.
I’m a happy and friendly little guy, always excited to meet new people and I’m great with everyone, kids to grownups, and other dogs. I love playtime with my people and other dogs, and when I play with my brother, I am the pup in charge, the leader of our little 2-pack even though he is bigger than me. My foster mom says I’m a lovebug with gobs of personality, super sweet with a very kissable face and I love to be held and snuggled… at least when I’m not playing with my doggy toys! I sleep nicely in a crate at night and I know how to use a potty pad. My future looks bright, and I am so looking forward to joining a wonderful family anywhere on the East Coast! Thoughtful direct emails are welcome and will be answered. However, an application is still a necessary step. We want to make sure we find our dogs a perfect fit with a family so both the dog and the family are happy. We keep our dogs with fosters once we get them out of shelters for a little bit to learn and understand their personalities. Our relationship with families doesn't stop at adoption! We are always available for any follow up questions and are happy to be a resource as you and your new pet settle into a routine.
