My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Pollie! This little spitfire just came to our shelter from New Mexico and we can`t wait to help her find her forever home. Pollie loves people and would be a great companion for someone who can take her everywhere! Pollie does well with other dogs and we think she should be fine in a home with cats. This 6 year old, spayed female Poodle is a wonderful dog and will make someone very proud! Come meet her today!

More about this shelter

Eagle County Animal Shelter and Services handles all of the animal control and animal shelter services for Eagle County. We are a small shelter and are considered socially conscious, which means we are "no-kill" for space. We are always looking for volunteers, foster homes, and item donations. If you are interested in donating to the shelter we have a wish list available that includes lots of items that we use everyday here at our shelter to benefit the dogs and cats directly. Please call us at 970-328-DOGS if you are interested in volunteering. We love to have people come in to socialize our cats and walk and socialize the dogs. Come see us!!
