Well-mannered , smart , gentle and affectionate best describe this beautiful beauty. Tundra is eager to please and has a calm & bright temperament with medium energy. He came in and made my dogs at ease from the beginning. He left the cat alone - curious but respectful. This boy has a gorgeous off white coat with some tan /yellow hues and loved his bath. He is on the smaller size of Large at 54 lbs at 1 year old. He laid down for the whole car ride & decompressed, one could see the stress fall off as he knew he was safe. So far - always doing his business outside. He played well with my dog and takes correction without issue. He's been very respectful of my alpha Chi -turning away if she corrects. He is leash and obedience training very fast & this won't take long given his intellect. He greeted a neighbor and their two kids very respectfully. He is calm and a happy boy who will make a very lucky family so happy.

You are required to sign a legally binding contact on your new pet. As part of that contract, should you no longer be able to keep the animal for any reason, the animal MUST be surrendered back to SAAP. This is to ensure the animal is placed back in foster care while we secure a new approved home for the animal. However, we always try to ensure that the initial placement is best for the pet and your family. We reserve the right to refuse any adoption.

We are an all-volunteer 501(c)3 non profit organization. We are dedicated to the rescue of animals that are in need of a forever home. Our animals are fostered in homes where we provide love, food, medical care and socialization until adoption into a new loving home. We educate on the importance of spaying and neutering of all pets.

We ensure all animals have been spayed or neutered prior to adoption. They are micro-chipped, up to date on shots and on heartworm and anti-flea medications (as age appropriate). They are ready and waiting to start their new life with their fur-ever family. Could that be you?

We need your help to continue our mission. We rely solely on donations and fundraisers. All donations are tax-deductible and 100% of your donation will go towards the rescue, care, and medical needs of the animals.
