Hi, I’m Mimi! I’m a total couch potato – I love lounging around and soaking up all the relaxation time I can get. I’m also a softie at heart, especially when it comes to belly rubs and head butts. I’m all about the cuddles! I would cuddle all day with you if you wanted, but I’m also happy to just sit next to you if you’re busy and wait until you’re ready to do pets again. My foster mom says I’m a great mix of affectionate and independent! She also says I am the perfect first cat!
I used to live with a bunch of other cats, but I’ve really thrived as an only cat. I love getting all the attention and being the center of your world. I do tolerate other cats, but I’d prefer a quieter, calmer home without too much commotion. I’m still figuring out how I feel about living with other cats again, but I’m warming up slowly (though I do like to hiss a bit as a warning!). I haven’t been around dogs, so that’s a bit of an unknown, but I’m sure with the right introductions, I could get along fine.
I’ve got the most adorable big round eyes – I look like a cartoon character, don’t I? When I’m really happy, I make *biscuits* (sometimes in the air if I’m feeling extra lazy). I love to chat and will talk to you with my cute meow, and I’ve got a big purr that’s sure to melt your heart. I’m also a big fan of toys – especially wand toys and those little moving ones.
If you’re looking for a sweet, calm cat who loves attention but also does fine on her own sometimes, I could be your perfect match. I think a quiet home with a person or family who can give me plenty of love and belly rubs would be just what I need!
