Please contact Darlene at 302-312-5129 (fureverpawsdogrescue@gmail.com) for more information about this pet.  This dog is located in Newark, DE. Visit us on the web at https://fur-everpaws.com/fur-ever-paws-adoption-application/ to submit an application. Please contact the foster directly at 302-312-5129 (text or call) or via email at fureverpawsdogrescue@gmail.com Fur Ever Paws Dog Rescue is a small no kill rescue operating in the Delaware/Maryland area. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit that rescues and places homeless, neglected or abused dogs from high-kill shelters in the south into loving, responsible committed and permanent homes. We feel our comprehensive adoption process which includes not only taking the time to match the dog to the prospective new owner but helping to educate that owner in responsible dog care, allows us to find the best homes for our little buddies and the best companions for you! Each week we use USDA certified transports to bring dogs from high-kill shelters in the south to our fosters where they all receive the appropriate medical care and are placed in nurturing loving homes while they await placement in their forever homes. Interested in one of our dogs? Great! Now that you've seen them here you'll need to go to our website where you'll find our list of adoptable dogs (updated every week). Then, it's just a simple process of finding a dog you're interested in and filling out an application on our site. Once we receive your application, whoever is fostering that particular dog will contact you and do a short over the phone interview to complete your application process. If everything works out, they will set an appointment with you so come out and "visit" with the dog you're interested in (we want to make sure that not only are you a good fit for the dog but that the dog will fit with you). If everything works out, you'll be able to take rover (or spot, or jax) home with you that very day. A couple of things you should know: We can't hold dogs over the phone or via email. Adoption fees vary based on breed. All of our dogs have been vet checked and dewormed (if possible due to age, additional treatment may be needed). We provide a spay or neuter voucher to all of our adopters. &#226&#128&#139 January 10, 2025, 9:00 am

Story
Milo is a hyper-active dog that lOVES attention. He is best fit for a youth/teenager to keep up with his energy. Milo is a very happy and kind dog but is sensitive to change and new environments. He was also raised with his parents, and is somewhat potty trained but needs a little more training. Milo does occasionally have reverse sneezing when he gets a little too excited, but it’s normal.

Story
Hello, are names are: Maxx & MoxxeeDOB: 10/24/2008Breed: Bichon Frise/Yorkshire Terrier Weight: Maxx is 28.5 lbs, Moxxee is 14.5 lbsRescued From: Owner surrender*MAXX & MOXXEE ARE BONDED AND MUST BE ADOPTED TOGETHER*Maxx and Moxxee are a 16-year-old brother and sister who have lived their entire lives together. Their family reached out for help after their schedules changed and they felt Maxx and Moxxee deserved more attention. We had a willing foster family, so we accepted them with open arms, ensuring they didn’t end up in the shelter system. Now that they are all cleaned up and feeling good, they are ready to find a family who will love them for whatever time they have left. Maxx is Moxxee’s guardian – the way he watches over her is incredible. She is frailer than he, and doesn’t have as much stamina. They both sleep a lot and love a cozy bed or couch. Maxx enjoys walks with his other canine foster siblings too. They go to the bathroom outside and use pee pads inside. Maxx and Moxxee have been nothing but sweet despite all of the changes around them. Having a fenced yard to meander around would be ideal for them, but they would also be content with leash walks. We adore this senior duo and cannot wait to find the perfect, caring adopter that will love them and care for them in their golden years. Seniors are the best!!All our pets are microchipped, spayed/neutered, and up to date on vaccinations and preventatives.Interested in adopting? Story
Meetings Minnie is a sweet 10-year-old girl who weighs just 11 pounds. She has been spayed, vaccinated, and is wee pad trained, but she also enjoys going outside if kept on a regular schedule. Initially, she may seem a bit timid, but with a little patience, she will warm up to you quickly and will cherish the chance to cuddle and sleep nearby at night.    Minnie has a playful spirit and gets along well with other dogs, although she can be a little shy at times. She truly longs for a loving family to call her own. Her current owner, who is very elderly, recognized that it’s time for Minnie to find a new home that can provide her with the care and attention she deserves. Minnie is friendly with children, other dogs, and even cats. Could you be the perfect match for this gentle soul?   https://peytonsplaceanimalrescue.org/adoption-application/ ##2266099##
