Born around July 8, 2021, Charlie was tragically thrown over the fence onto our property late one freezing night, matted and terrified. Thankfully, a staff member of ours spotted him and ensured his safety. Despite his rough start, Charlie has blossomed into an affectionate and gentle companion. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs, cats, and people, making him a fantastic fit for almost any home. Charlie’s sweet nature and resilience are sure to win your heart. Charlie’s adoption fee is $400, which includes his neuter, heartworm-negative test, up-to-date vaccines, and prevention (ProHeart and Bravecto). He’s currently located in Texas but is eligible for transport to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington (Kentucky), or anywhere along the East Coast. My husband’s grandfather passed away and we inherited his beautiful dog. She is 12 years old with no health issues. Spayed and chipped. We have a toddler at home and unfortunately she does not like sharing her home with this doggy. This girl loves to relax and snuggle up on the couch. Her favorite activity is laying on the back of the couch looking out the window. She has been great with us leaving her out around the house when we leave during the day. She sleeps perfectly at the foot of the bed and doesn’t move until we get up in the morning. She is fully potty trained. Only issue with us so far is she gets a little grumpy at night if we mess with her (probably because she’s sleepy and wants to be left alone lol) .
