Punky Brewster-Bombay X female kitten, ~ 16 wk.(July 2024) Email rescuebc@hotmail.com for application. Punky Brewster came to Rescue when her prior owner surrendered her to the local Humane Society. She's now safe in a foster home and doing well. She's used to living with other cats. Here are a few words from her foster mom... "Extreme lap cat. If she's not running wide open thru the house, she's In a lap. Loves all toys. Chases anything that moves, bugs are her favorite. She is persistent. If she wants something she keeps on til she gets it or tires herself out trying (food and treats included). Wonderful with all other cats and my dogs. Kid tested with a 3 yo, 10yo and 14 yo. No problem. She loves everyone. Very well rounded cat. But she is very food driven. I will not leave my plate (not that I ever do) unattended around her. She will make someone a good pet, but she is relentless when she wants attention. I think she'd be fine with others or on her own. " Punky's adoption fee is $150 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption. Mookie Taz-Bombay/DSH male, ~ 3 yr (May 2024) Contact rescuebc@hotmail.com for an application. Mookie Taz was rescued off the streets by a volunteer with a small town Humane Society. Adopted for a short time, by an older couple, it was not a good match. The wife started having health issues and they just couldn't take care of Taz. Taz wants an funloving active home where he can interact with the adopter. He's now in a foster home and his foster mom says he's a cuddly, loving boy, wanting to sit on her lap. She sings him to sleep. He is litter box trained with good manners. He loves to be groomed and hanging out with his people. He also loves treats and has an internal clock, like most cats for meal time! His adoption fee is $150 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption.
