Mookie Taz-Bombay/DSH male, ~ 3 yr (May 2024) Contact rescuebc@hotmail.com for an application. Mookie Taz was rescued off the streets by a volunteer with a small town Humane Society. Adopted for a short time, by an older couple, it was not a good match. The wife started having health issues and they just couldn't take care of Taz. Taz wants an funloving active home where he can interact with the adopter. He's now in a foster home and his foster mom says he's a cuddly, loving boy, wanting to sit on her lap. She sings him to sleep. He is litter box trained with good manners. He loves to be groomed and hanging out with his people. He also loves treats and has an internal clock, like most cats for meal time! His adoption fee is $150 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption. Oliver Baka-Bombay/DSH male, ~ 3 yr. Front Declawed (July 2024) Please email rescuebc@hotmail.com for application. Oliver came to Rescue through a small rural town Humane Society. He was living in a home with a prey driven/cat aggressive large dog. It was not safe for Oliver to continue to live in that home. Oliver is used to living with gentle children and a smaller dog. He's a loving companion and enjoys spending time with humans. Oliver was front declawed by a previous owner. His adoption fee is $150 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption. Coco loves playing with playing and bouncing balls. She’s very sassy but is a baby by heart. She reminds us of toothless from HTTAD. She eats a lot.

Although Santa started out shy when she first came into her foster home, she has since completely come out of her shell and loves human and animal company. Santa shares her foster home with two cats and one large dog who she gets along great with. She is very social and loves to meow at her foster parents for attention. Santa enjoys sunbathing and will seek out sunspots throughout the day. Santa is a 'one-cat fits all' kind of a cat. Santa could be adopted into a home with cats and dogs or can be adopted as an only cat. She would make a wonderful family cat as well. Santa does not jump on furniture, tables, or countertops. She currently eats both wet and dry food. She is perfect with her litter box. Santa's estimated birthdate is December 2017. She is spayed, current on vaccines, tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV, and has been microchipped.

Baby is part of a bonded pair with Mitzi. They must be adopted together. They are retired barn cats looking for a warm barn home where they can spend their senior years. Baby and Mitzi turned up at their rescuer's house as young adults. She provided them with food, water, and outdoor shelter for the past 10 years or so. Although they are a little shy, they are friendly once they adjust to their new surroundings. Baby is the more confident of the pair and will groom, cuddle with and comfort Mitzi. She loves head pets and will start purring as soon as you hit the right spot. Both cats' estimated birthdates are March 2014. They are spayed, current on vaccines, tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV, and have been microchipped.
