Story
We found Edle girl in our back yard when she was only 2 weeks old. We’ve kept her for a year thinking that our other adult cats would become accustomed to her. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. My male cat started to have stress induced urinary issues that costs many thousand dollars in vet bills. We assume it’s probably because Edle is still young and spunky and it stresses the old(ish) man out. Edle has a bit of “single cat syndrome” from not growing up in a litter and would thrive in a home that could play with her often. She does well with other cats but would be better with cats or kittens that would play back with her (ours just run away). She is ok with dogs too but big dogs make her a bit nervous and she will just run away. She loves pets while she eats and playing with any kind of cat toy she can find. She’s never scratched anything she shouldn’t and has been litter box trained since day 1. She will happily snuggle you at night. We move to Florida in 3 weeks.

Friends of ours were moving out of state and we offered to take the cats in for them. Over the years it has become apparent that I am allergic as well as both of my kids who have started to have medical issues due to the allergy. We have been trying to find a home for them by word of mouth but with the health issues increasing I decided it was time to take a more active approach. Mister & Twilight have been together since they were a few months old so they are the best of friends. I would love to keep them together but I know I can also no longer be picky. Mister is a scaredy cat and takes a while to warm up to people. Once he loves you he becomes a lap kitty.

She's about 8 years old, good health. Her only problem is that she is prone to UTIs, so she's on a special prescribed dry food. Having to rehome her because she doesn't get along with my partners cats and she's absolutely miserable being anywhere near them. Never had any other health problems. She'd be fine with children old enough to respect her boundaries and who can learn how she likes to be handled/pet. She'd be fine with a dog that will leave her alone completely. She's a very very lazy lady who just wants to spend the rest of her life sleeping on a window sill, and get the occasional neck scratches and treats. If you want a low maintenance, non cuddly companion, she's perfect. She comes with a carrier, litter box (with metal scoop, and baggies for disposal) , automatic feeder, gravity fed water dispenser, and a large bag of her food, plus some basic toys, and a flat bed that she favors.
