Story
Mookie Taz-Bombay/DSH male, ~ 3 yr (May 2024) Contact rescuebc@hotmail.com for an application. Mookie Taz was rescued off the streets by a volunteer with a small town Humane Society. Adopted for a short time, by an older couple, it was not a good match. The wife started having health issues and they just couldn't take care of Taz. Taz wants an funloving active home where he can interact with the adopter. He's now in a foster home and his foster mom says he's a cuddly, loving boy, wanting to sit on her lap. She sings him to sleep. He is litter box trained with good manners. He loves to be groomed and hanging out with his people. He also loves treats and has an internal clock, like most cats for meal time! His adoption fee is $150 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption. For our application, please email rescuebc@hotmail.com Include your location and a phone number for future communication.

Harold is a friendly, loving, handsome boy! He really enjoys your attention & purrs to let you know. He has the cutest little meow. Harold is used to being around other cats, as he came to us along with other cats from his household. He'll be happy & grateful to be back in a home!  We want to make adopting easy for you! Here’s our application:   https://rappcats.org/adoptions/ Once you complete it, we’re on it! We’ll call your vet (or personal reference) the next business day. Then we like to do a brief video chat (FaceTime if you have it) so you can show us your new pet’s home - where they’ll sleep, eat, and play. During our chat, we can also give you tips or answer questions about how to successfully integrate your new family member into your household, especially if you have other pets. Our adoption fee is $150 and covers our costs of spay/neuter, vaccinations, vet exam, and supplies. (Once old enough, all our cats are current on their shots and have been spayed/neutered.) We’re a strictly no-kill shelter just for cats. We’re cage-free, donation-based, and volunteer-powered. We’re small but special and we’re glad you found us!
