You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.We originally pulled Jojo in 9/2020! She has come a long way since then! She no longer has the major separation anxiety that she had before. She enjoys playing with other dogs, loves going for walks and is completely crate trained. Her perfect family will have other dogs for her to hang out with and some patience as she learns a new routine. She is one of the happiest dogs we've ever pulled. We love her and we think you will, too! Jojo has had a rough life with humans that just keep letting her down. She didn't get the important socialization when she was a baby, instead she was left in the backyard. Jojo is still in training and is working on being a calmer dog. She does amazingly well if she can be around her person, she gets anxious when she is alone. She suffers from separation anxiety and would do best in a home where adults are home. She loves having other dogs around and being with another dog helps calm her down. We think Jojo's perfect home will have a place for her to live with another dog and owners that are willing to work with her on her separation anxiety and help her to get comfortable in her new home. I am fully vaccinated and spayed, have a very fun personality and love to go on nature walks, play in the house, and tug of war with my ropes and toys. I am crate trained and sleep all night quietly and am also fully house trained. For the past year, I have lived at Dog Republic in Newport where I have had on-going training for my "stranger danger and learning to better trust humans:) I love all of my dog buddies and the humans I know & trust. I still have stranger danger and will need someone who understands my dog anxiety better. I am very sweet with all the people I am comfortable with but will still need help on my walks and meeting new people. I am extremely food motivated and will do almost any command for a good treat. He loves other dogs and is good with all farm animals, but due to not getting the exercise and exposure he needed with his last family, he developed some resource guarding with other dogs when it comes to food and toys. At this time Frankie would be best as the only dog in the home, or he needs a family who FULLY understands the concept of separate feeding and is able to manage with toys, bones etc. He may do ok living with a female dog in the home, but would need time to build a relationship to work through the resource guarding.
