Story
Lucy was found as a stray in a beautiful wooded neighborhood in NW Houston, likely dumped. This is unfortunately a common occurrence in this area. Lucy may be a purebred dog but we have no way to confirm this. She is a Smooth Coated Border Collie. Her age is also in question, so we are guessing she is about 5-6 years old. Lucy comes from a working breed and lives up to this reputation. She is not a dog companion. She does however like to keep all the dogs in the household in line. Lucy is a low energy dog enjoying lounging in her favorite spots on the stair landing or in front of the window where she can monitor all activity inside and outside. Other things she really enjoys are her daily walks (verbalizing her excitement), watching tv with you (and getting a back scratch), and crawling in bed in the morning to say hello. Lucy is very loving and affectionate, and would do really well as an only dog to a person or family with no small children. She does not mind children, but has a delicate back leg that should not be climbed on. She has been on a good joint supplement for this and it should be continued. Lucy is raw fed and has blossomed on this protocol. It helps her joint issue and keeps shedding from her silky coat to a minimum. We are looking for adopters that would continue this diet. She is house trained and extremely reliable. Lucy does not chew or destroy items left out. She is HW negative, spayed and up to date on her rabies vaccine. Please contact Kelly at No One's Dog Rescue to meet Lucy or for more information on this sweet girl.

Story
Meet Gypsophlia — our wildflower in bloom! This little beauty just had the cutest flower photo shoot and we’re completely smitten. At around 11 weeks old and 16 pounds, Gypsophlia is a petite Border Collie-type pup with a gentle heart and a curious spirit. She’s still a little timid, but she’s already showing how happy and sweet she is — and she melts in your arms once she feels safe. Gypsophlia is currently looking for a foster while she accepts adoption applications, and we know her perfect match is out there. If you’re ready to give this shy flower the love and confidence to bloom, apply now — she’ll be the sweetest little shadow you’ve ever had. Apply here.. http://bit.ly/BellesBudsApp

Story
**Meet Lucky!** Hi, I’m Lucky, a petite 9-month-old border collie mix with a heart full of joy and energy! I’m a playful pup who loves to chase toys, run around, and lean in for pets and belly rubs. My happy dance at mealtime will bring a smile to your face! I have the cutest markings with adorable little eye patches, white feet, and a white-tipped tail that are sure to steal your heart. I’m pretty smart too! Thanks to my amazing foster, I've learned how to sit, lay down, and even do a "touch" for targeting. I’ve made great progress on the leash, and while I’m still working on my crate training, I happily go in for my meals and wait patiently to come back out. I’m looking for a loving forever home where I can share my playful spirit and continue learning new tricks. If you’re ready to give me the love and attention I deserve, I can’t wait to meet you! Let’s make some wonderful memories together! March 1, 2025, 12:36 am
