Possum is smart & enthusiastic. Look how happy he is and well adjusted! His foster is doing a wonderful job of bringing his sweet personality out. We’re thinking maybe an agility dog in the making. Who knows, a hidden celebrity!!! He knows come, and quickly learned some agility stations. He went over a jump and a round jump with ease, and even went through a tunnel with no fear. He’s an agile boy, eager to please. He’s about 18 months old, still in the puppy stage, fully vetted, neutered and heart worm negative. He is a smaller dog, 32 lbs of devotion and new zest for life. His time at the shelter really had him scared but he’s back to his good ole self as you can see. He loves his 2 resident siblings, smaller male and female. This boy is incredibly sweet but needs some training. After spending time in a foster home, it's clear he requires professional guidance. Although it's hard to determine his exact breed mix, he exhibits herding behaviors and needs to improve his social cues with other dogs. He is friendly with dogs but sometimes struggles to understand when they signal that he's being too much. He doesn't do well with small dogs.Toby was brought in as a stray on April 27th and is eager to find his perfect home! His time as a stray shows in his need for improvement in manners and overall behavior. Toby would thrive in a home with either no dogs or one dog and would make an excellent hiking buddy for an active person. He has so much love to give, and we want to find the right home for him.

Kiwi is a super playful and smart girl. She even plays gently with smaller creatures like cats and rabbits. She is potty trained and has caught on quickly to simple commands like Sit and Stay. Kiwi is shy at first but quickly warms up. She was born 6/29/2019We got Kiwi & Peaches from the shelter as itty bitty pups, and soon found out that both of them had CHV (Canine Herpesvirus). Most puppies die at 2 weeks from this, however these two were fighters and besides runny noses here and there, are doing really well. They can have it the rest of their lifes and will be sick from time to time and because there is just not a lot documented on situations like this we have no idea what their future health could be. Meet Remi! We are in the process of moving and rehomed Remi the beginning of June. Recently she has not been getting along well with her new owners cat or 2 large senior dogs and they do not want to keep her. So here I am, hoping I can prevent her from ending up at the shelter. Remi is VERY active outdoors and would do best in a larger yard with at least one other active dog or an active human who is home often.
