Story
Meet Ringo, a spirited 3-year-old Boxer who was rescued from a high-kill shelter just in time. Ringo is a lovable and goofy dog who thrives as the only pet in the home. He’s dog-selective and tends to play a bit too hard, showing food aggression with other dogs, so he’s best suited for a home where he can be the sole canine companion. With his person, Ringo is a bundle of joy—playful, affectionate, and always up for cuddles. He enjoys beach outings, where he can let loose and have a great time. If you’re looking for a fun-loving and dedicated dog who will bring lots of energy and love into your life, Ringo is eager to be your new best friend.

Story
Sweet Trevor wound up at ACS (Animal Care Services) in San Antonio, Texas and after a couple weeks there, he was added to the euthanasia list due to space. A rescue on site at ACS reached out and asked Red Fern to save this guy because he was so sweet and his kennel mate in the shelter had been saved but Trevor was left which means he would quickly be sent to the top of the euthanasia list. Trevor is sweet, easy going and happiest when he's spending a quiet evening lounging around and receiving back scratches. Don't be alarmed by his sad, red eyes- he has Cherry Eye which he will get treated for soon. His calm and collected nature makes him perfect for somebody who wants an easy dog that fits right in quick. He loves tasty treats and offering him a few will endear him to you even more than he already was. Trevor is more interested in people than other dogs so would be a great solo dog. Trevor just caught the flight up from San Antonio, Texas to Denver, Colorado and is being fostered in Westminster. ##2333624##

Story
Hi, my name is Rockwell! I am a 6 year old Lab/Boxer mix. Whew! Glad I got that introduction out of the way. I can be a bit shy when introducing myself, but I always make fast friends with nice people. Any chance you're a nice person looking for a new best friend? Bonus points if you're a shy, nice person. We could bond over our similarities! We could also bond over one of the best things known to dog-kind... belly rubs! Fun fact: belly rubs are great for the dog (of course!) but also boost the mood of the human giving them. What a miracle! I'm a smart boy, so I make a point of knowing these kinds of things. Speaking of being smart, I love keeping my brain busy by playing puzzles and learning new tricks. I'm also smart enough to have great house manners which, naturally, means I am potty trained. In addition to mental exercise, I love to stay fit by running and rolling (you might think of it as "ROCKing and rolling!) around the yard, going for walks (I love walks!) and playing with my personal favorite invention of all time, tennis balls!    One of my favorite things (aside from those amazing belly rubs) is cuddling. Since summer is almost over in Colorado, wouldn't it be great to have a snuggle buddy during the upcoming cold weather months? I've been told I'm a fantastic cuddler- you could even call me a cuddle bug! More than anything, I'm an overall great companion and absolutely adore being with my people. When I'm not cuddling with my people or playing brain games, you can often find me relaxing in my crate. Car rides are a blast for me, so if you enjoy the open roads, we'd make a great pair! Please apply to meet me at hobocare.org! Story
I’m Princess , a 9 year old female Boxer.  I may be royalty, but I’m friendly to all my subjects! I am the sweetest girl, and good with dogs and cats. My family is moving and can’t take me, so now I’m a Ho-Bo, and looking for my fur-ever family. My foster Mom says: I’m getting along with my Boston Terrier fur-sibling, potty trained, gentle taking treats, know basic obedience cues, love neck scratches and cuddling in my hooman’s lap, I can be chill and nap in the kitchen, I sleep quietly all night in my crate, and I make an excellent work-from-home office assistant! ********PLEASE READ BELOW PRIOR TO EMAILING IN**********If you are interested in adopting this dog or any other from our rescue, please go to https://www.hobocare.org/adopt to review our home requirements and fill out an application. Fun loving, goofy, party in the shape of a dog. Virgil loves to play with all the dogs in the house. He especially loves to play fetch. He loves his walks but needs work since he just wants to go and check out everything. He is getting better with every walk.  He can be described as a ball of energy! Not the biggest fan of his crate but I think he just doesn't like being by himself. I Love to cuddle! Come check him out at our next adoption event. ##2059827##

He does wonderfully in his crate, whether it’s during car rides or when left at home. On walks, Zuko does well on a leash but pulls a little, so he could use some additional training. His big personality and goofy charm make him a total joy to be around—he loves everyone he meets, both people and dogs. He’s a full-body snuggler who will lean on you, climb into your lap, and happily nap right there. He’s great with other dogs and has blended seamlessly into his foster home, playing tug-of-war and romping with his two foster sisters. While not food aggressive, he has been fed separately just for routine’s sake. Zuko has met kids of all ages, from toddlers to teenagers, and has been gentle and affectionate with everyone. Zuko’s energy level is medium—he loves to play but is also a champion napper. While his foster parent works from home, he’s often found snoozing on his bed or the couch. At night, he goes outside for one last potty break and then sleeps through the night in his own cozy spot. He’s great about waiting until early morning to start the day. Though he doesn’t bark much, he does love being outside and watching the world go by, whether it’s kids, traffic, or squirrels. Some days, he enjoys sunbathing in the grass, but he’d also thrive in an apartment with daily walks. Zuko truly is a one-of-a-kind pup—full of love, charm, and cuddles. If you’re looking for a loyal, goofy, and affectionate companion, come meet him! ##2284319##
