Story
Tanner is big, young, strong and super energetic. His favorite things in the world are affection and treats - in that order. He is especially fond of peanut butter. This sweet guy likes to greet people and then, when feasible, climb in their laps. He needs an active owner, committed to providing Tanner with the training and enrichment he needs to manage all that energy.January 24, 2025, 4:42 pm

ADOPTION FEE: $575 Meet Astro! This adorable little wrinkle man is ready for his forever home! We are a foster-based rescue and generally do not have pups available to meet at our office except during adoption events on Saturdays. Not every dog attends every adoption event. Interested in this pup? The first step is to complete our online application by clicking the "Apply for Adoption" button. Please note that we are only able to finalize adoptions at events for approved adopters. The earlier you apply, the better as it takes time to review and approve applications. We host adoption events almost every Saturday from 11:00am to 2:00pm at our rescue office (1721 W Harmony, unit 102, Fort Collins, Co 80526)! Check our Instagram and/or Facebook page for info on where we will be hosting adoptions this weekend! All Aboard Animal Rescue saves dogs and puppies from high-kill shelters in other states. These pups are brought to Colorado, where they are required to be spayed or neutered - breaking the cycle of unwanted litters of puppies who end up as strays! Please consider supporting us in this mission by adopting, fostering, volunteering, or donating.

Story
Meet Ruby: The Spirited Superstar! Ruby is a delightful one-year-old female pup, bursting with energy and personality. With her shiny coat and sparkling eyes, she’s the picture of health—up to date on her shots, heartworm negative, spayed, and microchipped. This playful little whirlwind at only 45 lbs. is always ready for an adventure! Ruby would love to share a home with a canine companion who can match her zest for life and keep up with her playful antics. While she loves to make new friends, she prefers to steer clear of cats and small animals. Ruby is not just a bundle of joy; she's also incredibly well-mannered. Fully potty trained and excellent with kids, she’s the perfect addition to a loving family. She thrives on daily exercise, whether it’s leisurely walks around the neighborhood or exciting outings to the dog park. With her keen intelligence and eagerness to please, she’s quick to pick up on commands. One of Ruby's charming traits is her ability to be left unattended without the need for crating. She understands and uses a dog door, making her independence shine. Affectionate and loving, Ruby craves companionship and adores snuggling up with her favorite humans after a day of play. Ruby has a cheeky side too; she’s known as a “squirrel killer” in her backyard, always ready to chase after those pesky critters.  Given her active lifestyle, Ruby is looking for a home with a secure, fenced backyard—apartment living just won't cut it for this spirited superstar! If you’re ready for a loyal companion who brings joy and adventure to every day, Ruby is just waiting to meet you! Fill out an Adoption Application today at MFDM.org
