Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Aggie is a joyful, wiggly girl who will make you feel like the most important person in the world. With her always-wagging tail and eager-to-please personality, she’s your personal fan girl, ready to shower you with love and excitement. This sweet, fast little rocket could thrive in dog sports like fast CAT or agility but has a medium energy level—ready for play and exploration, then happy to settle as a couch hippo when it’s time to relax. Dog-friendly and a bit goofy around awkward pups, Aggie enjoys playing with her foster sisters and boyfriends, like Toby and the neighbor’s dogs. She’s making great progress on potty training and house manners, proving her intelligence and adaptability. Whether you’re looking for a yardwork buddy, a loyal companion, or a dog with the potential to earn ribbons, Aggie might be the perfect fit for your family. Thank you for checking out our wonderful orphans. We try to post videos for each pet so you can really get to know them. If you would like to find out more please email or call Diane at... diane@ulpr.org or 870-577-3744.   Here is a video link to Aggie's video on YouTube. Story
Meet Maple: Maple is estimated to be about a 1.5 year old (as of January 2025) boxer / treeing walker coonhound mix (best guess) that weighs about 50 pounds. Maple was found as a stray in Mississippi with her brother Aspen and luckily found her way into our rescue organization. Maple is currently being fostered in the south and would love to take the freedom ride north to Pennsylvania to meet more prospective families. Maple has an excellent temperament! Maple is very, very sweet! Maple is great with other dogs, but doesn’t do well with cats. Maple is very gentle, and has been good with kids she has been around - they have been 8 years and older. Maple is pretty laid back, but she does love toys. Maple seems to be house trained and crate trained. We would love for Maple to have a fenced in yard to run and play freely. Maple is up to date on her shots and spayed. If you are interested in giving this sweet girl a loving home, please go to Charlie’s Crusaders website (www.charliescrusaders.org) to fill out an application. CURRENT  LOCATION: Mississippi, awaiting transport to PA ##2309698##

Story
The name Casper can be traced back to the “Old Testament” meaning “TREATSURE”! I’m truly a Treasure, I’m Casper, a 1 year old boy that is gentle demeanor, “Smart as a Whip”, Well behaved and have a Fantastic Temperament. At about 60#, I’m 1 of “7” pups turned in at a shelter. Scared and afraid, we only had each other. Lucky for us,” Molly’s Place Rescue” stepped up and brought us into rescue. Our sisters were adopted, but my “2” brothers and I are still here, waiting for “Just the right person/family”. My photo does not do me justice. I’m white with short wiry hair on my face and a little tan circle around one eye and a few tan dots on my ears. These areas will probably darken up as I mature more and fill out. My eyes are deep, dark and endearing! Thought to be a Boxers and Border Terriers mix, I’ve inherited the best of both very intelligent breeds. They are also known for being very people oriented, affectionate and great family pets. We LOVE OUR PEOPLE! I’m great with other dogs, CATS, adults and Even KIDS! Heck, what more do you want? Although I still have some learning, my temperament is soft, calm and initially shy. Once in my comfort zone, I do warm up quickly befriending all who will take “my paw”! No experience needed for me, not even a fenced yard. Walks, rides or a game of Fetch will help me learn and bond with you for life. I’m Casper and I’m waiting to be “YOUR TREASURED Boy”!
