Story
Name: Jenna Age: 1-2yr Breed: Boxer/Pit Gender: Female Weight: 60+ Good with kids: Yes- older may be better due to size/energy. Good with dogs: Yes- that are tolerant of strong play style Good with cats: No. Chases, Persistent Current on vaccinations: Yes Fixed: Yes Adoption also includes Certified Vet Inspection, and Prior vetting paperwork. Foster location: Appleton Application & Website: https://www.ourpackanimalrescue.com/adoption.html Bio: Meet Jenna! The Chicago girl who loves to play hard, and snuggle harder. It wasn't her fault she landed in the shelter, the home she was in, went through some trouble and she was taken from the property. Jenna, so far, loves the dogs in her foster home! She's busy learning who likes her play style, and who to leave alone. Jenna may bring out her Boxer side when playing, with a few body slams, hip checks, paws flying, air chomps, you know. Boxer things. She also enjoys tug of war, a nice walk, and zoomies outside. This beautiful girl also loves her person very quickly, especially if you give her some understand the chin scratches. She does need to learn we can't jump on our favorites, to get attention. Especially when you're built like a rodeo bull. All in all, Jenna is a wonderful big girl with so much love and personality to bring into a home! She likely wouldn't be the best candidate for first time pet parents, but will thrive with an experienced home. Our Pack Animal Rescue, Inc. Is an all foster based 501c3 rescue. License #487823. Meet and greets are arranged after an application has been approved. An approved application does not mean you must adopt the dog of interest, if it isn't a good fit.February 15, 2025, 7:52 am

Story
Name: Waverly Age: 3 1/2 Breed: mixed breed - pit/lab Gender: female Weight: 42 lbs Good with kids: not fostered with children Good with dogs: yes! Good with cats: not fostered with kitties in WI but was said to be good with them at her previous foster home Current on vaccinations: Yes Fixed: Yes Foster location: Waupaca, WI Application & Website: https://www.ourpackanimalrescue.com/adoption.html Adoption includes Certified Vet Inspection, and Prior vetting paperwork. Bio: Waverly’s story is a beautiful reminder of why Our Pack Animal Rescue’s motto, “No Mom Left Behind,” means so much. Last summer, her precious puppies made their way to Wisconsin from Alabama (pictured here) but Waverly couldn’t join them just yet. She was heartworm positive and needed time to heal. Through months of treatment, Waverly never gave up, and neither did we. Now, her patience and perseverance have brought her to this moment—healthy, happy, and finally here in Wisconsin! This petite, sweet mama is ready for her next chapter, and as you can see, she couldn’t be more excited to find her forever home. Waverly has waited a long time to feel this kind of love, and we know her perfect family is out there, ready to give her all the happiness she so deserves. Waverly is a good girl in her foster home. She is fostered with other dogs, eats well when fed with them and hasn’t been destructive when out. She’s one polite mama! She’s kenneled when foster mom is gone during the day but at night she prefers to sleep kenneled where she can see you or her favorite is sleeping with you! Unfortunately, Waverly did test heartworm positive again upon arriving to WI so she’s beginning her second round of treatments. At this time, due to her heartworm positive status – Waverly will only be available for adoption through a foster to adopt arrangement.January 18, 2025, 1:41 pm

Current on vaccinations: Yes Fixed: Yes Adoption also includes Certified Vet Inspection, and Prior vetting paperwork. Foster location: Appleton Application & Website: https://www.ourpackanimalrescue.com/adoption.html Bio: Uecker is a local surrender who needed emergency surgery for a major blockage through his stomach and intestines. He has been doing wonderfully with his recovery so far and is in great spirits. Uecker is a very sweet and happy young boy who loves to snuggle and play. He has done very well with the other dogs in his foster home and seems to be a touch in the cautious side. He doesn't like to be grumbled at so he avoids the crabby roommates the best he can. His main focus is to explore, snuggle, and snack. Uecker does seem to know some basic commands and listens well so far! The kennel isn't our favorite, but with his history of eating things he shouldn't, it's immensely recommended he be in one when unsupervised/left alone. https://cuddly.com/donate/4945108/uecker Our Pack Animal Rescue, Inc.
