My name's Sweet Pete, and I'm a 2.5-year-old male bull terrier with a big personality and an even bigger heart. I tip the scales at a solid 40 pounds, and I'm on a journey to find my forever home. Life's thrown me some curveballs and I've learned a lot in my short life, including making great progress on my crate training and house training. I'm a quick learner, especially when treats are involved! I absolutely adore playing with other dogs—it's one of my favorite things! There's nothing better than a good romp with a canine buddy. However, I get super excited when meeting new friends, both the two-legged and four-legged kind. My enthusiasm knows no bounds! Because of my bouncy nature, I'd do best in a home with kids over 8 years old, who can join in on the fun without getting knocked over by my exuberant greetings. What I want more than anything in the world is a family of my own—a group of special humans who will love me for who I am, enthusiasm, and all.
