Story
When she was one she was found hit by a vehicle and given surgery and got fixed at the same time. I adopted her at 1 from PetSmart she was microchipped as well. She is a very good cat, never had any incidents with her or health issues she loves wet food from time to time and she is very chill and lazy. Being she was an outside stay before adoption she does enjoy looking out the window and does not tend to play with toys. She super sweet doesn’t bite and lets anyone pet her or pick her up once she’s settled.

Story
Don’t let the three legs fool you. Caramello will outrun, out-climb, and boss around all her foster friends. She absolutely loves spending times on her cat tree by the window, observing the world and watching out for visitors. She takes some time to warm up to new people but once she does, she’ll come when called and spend lots of time cuddling with you. You see, she came from the streets. She was a just a young kitten trying to survive on her own. She was brought into a clinic to be spayed where it was discovered her leg had subsided and injury that left the nerve severed and needed to be amputated. She also had a severe injury to her tail that required it to be amputated too. We will never know what happened to her but we know it will never happen again! She has settled into the good life indoors!!! She’s great with other cats and will introduce herself first to them too. Despite her resting grump face, she’s a happy cat that has faced the hard world and still learned to love people. She is 7 months old and fully vetted!! Houston, TX The first step to meeting this amazing girl is to fill out our no obligation application at: http://www.forgottenpetadvocates.com/cat-adoption-application/ Email questions to: bobbie@forgottenpetadvocates.comOctober 21, 2024, 12:19 am

CALICO LAP CUDDLER  DOB 6/27/21 Lyra would like a quiet house with a person or two who will get to know her gently, as she is very attached to her foster mom.  Lyra thinks her foster mom is the berries, so Lyra won't be won over in a minute.  She also hates cats except for her little black nemesis Trudy.  Lyra loves playing the game "aggravation" with Trudy.  She's a fabulous biscuit maker, if she adopts you!    HOPE ID 21-0807-E010 If you are interested in Lyra and would like to fill out an online Cat Adoption Application, please go to http://www.homelesspets.net/adoption-forms/cat-adoption.php. Submitting an application does not obligate you to adopt, but it initiates contact with us and gets the process started.  If you have questions prior to filling out the application, email us at hope@homelesspets.net and a volunteer will get back to you. Story
THUMBS UP!  DOB 3/22/22 Hey there, everyone! I’m Mittens, a sweet, gentle, very submissive dilute-calico gal who’s friendly and sociable with hoomans of all ages. I'm a "bicolor," which means that I'm mostly white with blue and cream patches on my head, back, and tail. I’m what’s called a “polydactyl” because I have more toes on my front paws than most kitties. I’m very petite, and although I’m full grown, I’m the size of a seven-month old kitten. My future foster meowmy was on a TNR mission when she found me, friendly but pregnant and living paw-to-mouth in a feral-cat colony at a very low-income immigrant apartment complex in southwest Houston. Thank heavens Foster Meowmy scooped me up and brought me home with her to foster me. I’m adjusting well to my safe, secure indoor life with brimming food and water bowls, climate control, and toys to play with. However, trying to survive at that feeding station had been a very bad experience because I’d had to fight for food amongst the intact toms. So I’m understandably fearful of other cats and need to be an only-cat child in my forever home. If you’re looking for an affectionate baby-doll kitty who’ll always be the size of a kitten, I’m the polydactyl girl for you! Arrange to meet me today! I promise to leave many-toed paw prints all over your heart – not just because I’m eye candy but also because I’m so affectionate and loving. HOPE ID 24-0322-D003 If you are interested in Mittens and would like to fill out an online Cat Adoption Application, please go to http://www.homelesspets.net/adoption-forms/cat-adoption.php . Submitting an application does not obligate you to adopt, but it initiates contact with us and gets the process started.  If you have questions prior to filling out the application or want to find out which adoption site this feline will be this week-end, email us at hope@homelesspets.net , and a volunteer will get back to you. A message from Salsa: "If you're looking for a wise, independent cat, I am for you. I am low maintenance, low fuss, = the perfect housemate. I'll say hello in the morning, and go about my playing business independently. I've learnt how to occupy myself easily over the years, so if you're after some company without the 'neediness' - I am for you!" Salsa enjoys being independent in the cat colony room and is usually found next to her sibling Margarita. They like to share a couch together.
