We are rehoming a cat as soon as possible. His name is Snowball and he is 3 years old, neutered, and has all his shots. He is very friendly and loves to cuddle. He does not bite or scratch. His owner loves him very much so I want to assure he goes to a good, loving home, and that his new owners could provide updates and pictures every once in a while. Silla is a sweet and cuddly little cat. She is 10-11 years old, we got her from a rescue facility when she was roughly 1 year old and she has been a family member ever since. She mostly like to be indoor, but in the summer time she likes to be in the backyard or the front porch in the sun. We are now looking to rehome Silla since our dog has developed aggressions towards her. Silla is is good with dogs (even if our dog is not good with her), has grown up around kids, and is as friendly as could be. Unknown how she would be with other cats. She has had some health issues (broken tooth that could not be extracted) in the past, but has been in good health for the last few years. She is very affectionate and likes to follow me around in the house. She always comes and lays down close to us when we are working, reading, or watching tv. We are sad to see her go, but we want to make sure she is happy and not in harms way.

Nellie is a sweet but timid kitty who has been living with her foster home for three years now. She`s come a long way since she came to BARS as a pregnant stray cat! Although easily spooked, she loves to chase the laser pointer, play with string, get pets from her foster mom, and snuggle with other kitties. Nellie is continuously learning how to trust people, but she will curl up by her foster mom`s feet and is always hanging out in the main room, scoping out the situation and looking for a reflection to chase. She`s truly a special cat and has been very low maintenance in her foster home! She would do well in a home with no dogs, children who are good with cats, and needs another kitty friend to show her the ropes.

Hi! I`m Taylor, and I`ve been with BARS for almost 3 years!! I came into care as a young feral mama to be, and had my babies the very next day!!! Since coming into care I`ve learned that there are humans that can be trusted, and the best humans for me are those that will let me be me, and let me do things at my own pace. Some days I like being petted, and will sleep at my foster humans` feet most nights. Other days I`m more skittish and am happier on my own. I can still spook easily, and I don`t know if I`ll ever be a lap cat ( although it looks like it could be nice if I get brave enough). I`m used to being around other cats, and get on great with my doggy foster brother too! I love to play when I think no one is watching me, and I love bird and gopher watching from the cat tree too!
