While he prefers to stay perched in a safe spot, Gus will let me pet him as long as I approach slowly. He has occasionally flopped on his side and rolled to his back and let me scratch his chest and chin area too. Gus recently played with a wand toy while I was there and pounced and showed a bit of playful nature.
