Story
Meet the winter litter! These cuties were born on 10/26/24 and have delightful Tortie personalities. They're playful, they're fun, and they're adorable! These sisters are ready to meet their families and are available for meet-and-greets at the shelter and can go home through our foster-to-adopt program while we wait for their spay appointments. The best way to get to know them is to meet them for yourself, so come on down during open hours and check these cuties out!  All cats/kittens will be spayed/neutered, microchipped, vaccinated according to age, dewormed, FIV/FeLV tested negative, and current on flea/tick prevention before adoption unless otherwise noted for age or health reasons. Please note: our kitties are indoors-only and not accustomed to life outside and the dangers involved (cats are easy targets for predators). If you're looking for an outdoor cat, please check out the barn cats with our friends at Tuolumne County Animal Control. Interested in adopting or fostering? Story
Viola is one of the sweetest cats in our shelter and is always up for a good chin scratch from her volunteer friends. She is a recent mom who raised her kittens well and is now ready to find her very own home! Viola will be introduced to our lobby cats soon, so we should know how she is with feline friends in the next week or so, but in the meantime, come by and spend time with this beauty! Viola is 1-2 years old and weighs 9 pounds. Not good with dogs, Needs special attention, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Isa and her brother Sage, were born with a mild case of Cerebellar Hypoplasia, which is a neurological condition that affects the coordination of their hind legs - so they can look a little clumsy at times! Their condition is expected to be stable - no better and no worse with time. The two have a terrific bond and we would prefer to adopt them as a pair because they understand each other and their condition. They are friendly, spunky, and love playing with each other. If you’re after adorable cats who are very adventurous and loving, come and check them out! All of our cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped and vaccinated. We are looking to adopt Isa and Sage to an indoor-only home who can give them the love they deserve. If you are interested in meeting them, they will be at our Pet Food Express adoption events on Saturdays and Sunday. The location alternates between El Dorado Hills and Sacramento, so please call or email so we can let you know where they will be!
