Story
Yenna is a very sweet and cuddly cat. She isn't afraid of strangers and likes to greet and welcome at the door. Her only issue is that she refuses to be house trained and we don't live in a safe area for her to be outside. Even though she is a very effective bug catcher she has never raised a claw or attempted to hurt anyone. We have doubts on her ability to defend herself like a outdoor cat. We are looking for someone with an enclosed area or someone who can properly train her to use a litter box.

Story
Otis came to us through an owner who was moving to California and couldn’t take him with her. Although she said he is current with shots (due in May), we have no documentation of that. Otis is a big cat with tufted ears (possibly some Maine coon) and very friendly with people. We don’t know a lot about him, because we haven’t had him very long. When we did go to meet him though, he came right up to us, rubbing against us. He is a lap kitty and good with dogs, since he lived with two with his previous owner. He loves human interaction and will sleep in your lap while watching tv. We have also been told that he’s approximately six years old. He loves to play with his cat nip toys and also enjoys his temptations treats. Although he seems fine with one of our cats, we unfortunately cannot keep him because our other cat is extremely territorial. We would like to see him go to a loving forever home.

Story
Maple is a rescued feral cat. She loving and sweet. My son took her to save her from the cold of Indiana. As a college student he couldn’t keep her so he brought Maple home to Florida in hopes she could live with us. Our older cat that has been a single one for her life. Unfortunately our cat isn’t adjusting to Maple. Maple is sweet, loving and playful. She likes to play is mice and even plays fetch. Maple likes to climb and rest on the cat tree and the fresh air of our screened porch. She may do better in a no other pet environment. Which Maple can get all the loving attention she needs and deserves.

Story
Hi, I'm Charlie. I'm a cuddly little guy! I've had a few sets of shots, just waiting to be big enough to go get neutered and get my rabies vaccine. This is scheduled for November 25 at Spay n Save in Longwood. I am able to go home now, if you are willing to take me to my appt. Otherwise, you can pre-adopt me, and pick me up anytime on or after Nov. 29. If you are interested in meeting me, please complete an adoption application. Upon pre-approval, someone will reach out to set up a time for you to come meet me!  My adoption fee includes all of my FVRCP and Rabies shots, my neuter, my registered microchip, and a full set of medical records. You will just have to get me set up with my new vet within the first 30 days. Since kittens do best with having playmates and someone to cuddle with when our people aren't around, I will have to go to a home with other cats or kittens or even a dog (who likes cats of course).  Or you could adopt a second kitten from Second Chance, at a greatly reduced adoption fee. ##2219979##

Story
Hi, I'm Charlotte! I'm a bit of a shy girl, but love cuddling with my foster mom's kitties. I do warm up quickly and like to snuggle. I'm the black and white tuxedo kitten in the pic. I've had all of my first year shots and have been neutered- this is included in my adoption fee. You will just have to take me to get established at my new vet within 30 days of adopting me. If you are interested in meeting me, please complete an adoption application. Upon pre-approval, someone will reach out to set up a time for you to come meet me!  In addition to all first-year shots and my neuter, I have a registered microchip and a full set of medical records.  Since kittens do best with having playmates and someone to cuddle with when our people aren't around, I will have to go to a home with other cats or kittens or even a dog (who likes cats of course).  Or you could adopt a second kitten from Second Chance, at a greatly reduced adoption fee. ##2219964##
