Story
Katniss is a great cat and companion. She doesn't require any special diet. She does have some issues with going poop outside the box from time to time but it isn't because she isn't house trained. She's had contact with multiple dogs and kids and she plays nice with them. She plays with dogs once she warms up to them.

Story
Hi there, I'm Olivia and I am 3-years-old. I am a darling, brown tabby, girl who came to the shelter with my siblings and a group of my friends. Since then I was adopted out as a single cat and returned. I was very stressed in my previous household to the point where I was uncomfortable with the kids and stopped using the litterbox. Since coming back to TAPS I have reconnected with my human friends, am feeling much better, and have even gone to live in a nice foster home. I still occasionally miss just the edge of the litterbox but am doing much better. I am much more relaxed, playful, and enjoy toys or a cat tree to lay in! I am also cuddly and a BIG fan of food! I am a soft and sweet girl. If you think I could be the girl for you, please fill out an application online and my foster mom would be glad to bring me for a visit and sing my praises!

Story
2 years.....not only is that how old Violet recently turned, but that's also approximately how long she has been at TAPS. Violet wants all of your love and attention and is actually very affectionate she just doesn't fully know how to express it. She unfortunately never learned how to properly socialize since she didn't grow up with her littermates so her excitement gets the best of her sometimes and then her teeth get involved with a few love nibbles. She is a staff favorite because of her sassy, playful personality and we believe In the right home where she is the only pet with the right UNDERSTANDING human(s) this sweet baby will thrive and become the cuddly cat we all know her to be! If you have the patience and thick skin to work with Violet, please complete an application online at tapsshelter.org. Adoption Fee: $40Estimated Date of Birth: 8/23/21Intake Reason: transfer from Fulton County Humane, original intake unknownAnimal will be spayed and up to date on vaccines, and microchipped prior to adoption. If their kennel card on display at TAPS shelter facility is marked as unaltered, the animal will be altered prior to being released for adoption. Animal stage may change from time to time based on surgery and medical status. TAPS strives to keep kennel cards as up to date as possible with current information but from time to time, information may change and a new kennel card may be pending. Full and current vaccination schedule and medical records along with any behavioral disclosures will be provided at time of adoption.

Story
Hi, I'm Tigress, I'm 1 12 yrs old, and I'm what they call a Torbie. That means I look like a tabby cat, but I have apricot coloring also which makes me part Tortoiseshell, too! All that to say is I am gorgeous and very regal looking. My siblings and I were born outside and we didn't have much human contact until we were a few months old so I am slowly coming out of my shell. It has taken months to get me to this point. Somehow, I have decided that I occasionally like to go belly up so my foster mom and dad can rub my belly. Yet, I still will run away if I am not ready to have petting and affection. Just like all of my siblings, I do not want to be alone. I need one of my siblings or another kitten to help comfort me and be my friend. I love treats, toys, and I also come around if I hear rustling to see if it's a treat for me. I am looking for a patient new family to help me with trust and lots of love. If you think I could be the girl for you, please fill out an online application, so we can meet. Let's find out if we can be that perfect fit!
