Story
Bean is a special guy with a big personality. He is social, smart, affectionate and handsome. Unfortunately , while blessed with personality, he was not blessed with great health. He needs regular echocardiograms to monitor his heart murmur and has had a tumor removed from his tail. He needs to eat prescription food otherwise he gets dry, itchy skin. He is a bonded pair with Sprout. I will not rehome them separately. Sprout is bonded with Bean. They were found in an abandoned apartment together where Bean protected Sprout from any outsiders. Sprout is much more quiet and independent than Bean but still loves to show affection by cuddling and snuggling. She loves to be brushed and pet. If you have mice in your house - she’s your girl!

Story
Cali is a sweet and beautiful 5-year-old tortie who has been through significant changes lately and would love a Forever Home. She is affectionate and loves to be pet. Though it takes her a few days to warm up, she bonds strongly with her special person. She would do best in a calm home with no other pets but would probably be fine with a calm dog or cat. She is perfect for someone who is looking for a feline companion to snuggle with while watching tv or reading in the evenings.

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Georgie is a whirlwind of fun with a purr that could rival a jet engine! This lively gal is all about action: chasing wand toys, perfecting her pounce skills (even on unsuspecting blanket piles), knocking things off counters to keep things interesting, and learning clicker training like a pro. While she's on the move most of the day, Georgie knows how to unwind. She loves a good cuddle session, happily snoozing next to you at night or sprawling on your chest during a cozy couch nap. Georgie is a very sweet-natured cat who loves to embrace life and keeps things light—a great reminder for us all to find joy in the little things. Found as a stray, she has embraced indoor life with gusto but may enjoy safe access to the outdoors again once she has settled in. We think she would thrive in a home with another playful cat or dog to match her high energy. She might be too much excitement for a solo adopter, but with a lively household, Georgie will bring endless joy and laughter. Don't forget the squeeze treats—they're her favorite reward for all the love she gives! Georgie is currently living it up in foster care and is not available to meet at the shelter. If you would like to adopt her, contact us at 413.781.4000 or springfield@gmail.com.

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Tonks is a stunning tortoiseshell beauty with a personality as colorful as her coat. After spending some time in foster care, she’s ready to find her next home. Tonk’s previous owners rave about her snuggly nature. She’s happiest curled up in your arms, where she’ll drift off to sleep while soaking up your love. She’s also a playful girl with a unique quirk: she loves water! Whether it’s splashing around or just observing, Tonks finds water endlessly entertaining. In her foster home, Tonks is talkative, loves head boops, and enjoys making her presence known. If you have other cats, she’ll fit right in—Tonks loves playing with her feline friends and will thrive in a home with a companion after a slow introduction. Please call or email us today if you are interested! This cat has specific litterbox needs. When you bring this cat home they will need to be set up in a room by themselves. This cat will go home with a behavior plan that you will need to follow in order for them to use the litterbox reliably.
