Loving Home Sought for Shy but Affectionate Whisper "Three-year-old Whisper is a gentle and affectionate female cat, though she can be shy in new environments. She thrives in calm and peaceful homes. Whisper is spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations. She is litter box trained and enjoys using an automated litter box. Whisper is a sweet girl who enjoys gentle petting and will often 'make biscuits' by kneading her paws. She can be a bit timid at first but warms up quickly to those she trusts. Whisper currently lives with another cat, Sunny, and they are the best of friends. However, Whisper may not be a good fit for homes with dogs. I am seeking a loving and quiet home for her where she can feel safe and secure and blossom into her true affectionate self. Ideal candidates would be patient and understanding individuals, preferably without dogs, who can provide her with the gentle companionship she deserves.

Story
This super sweet kitty has been outside of my apartment for a couple weeks now. She is incredibly affectionate and loving and very much wants human attention. I have been feeding her and have a small box outside for her to sleep in. There are numerous that follow her around to get food, so she is fine with other cats, but I worry she might get pregnant soon as an unneutered male has also made an appearance. Many people also walk dogs and she doesn't have a huge reaction when she sees them. I believe she was left by a family who moved as she is uncharacteristically kind for a stray and allows me to pick her up. She is very playful and needs a nice home with a loving family to bring her out of the cold. Unfortunately I cannot keep her due to my cat being territorial, but I am willing to bring her to a new home asap! Small adoption fee to ensure she is going to a safe home, which I am willing to reimburse after proof of a vet visit!

Story
Dwight is a 7 year old deaf cat with mild CH (cerebral hybpoplaysia) which causes his head to slightly wobble. Unfortunately he just doesn’t get along with our other cats. On his own however he is incredibly sweet, affectionate, playful and loves a good nap! He would be great for anyone who has a noisier lifestyle or kids, or just someone who only wants a single pet with some personality! His CH nor deafness affects his health, he’s an incredibly healthy cat that just needs a little extra love :)

Story
Kairi and Inoue are both healthy 13 year old cats. They were adopted from a shelter as kittens and have been with us since. Unfortunately, my husband's health does not allow us to continue taking care of these two sweet cats. They are shy and slow to warm up, but very cuddly and loving once they do. They will do best if adopted together and to a home without other animals or young children. They can be defensive with other animals due to fear and limited socialization, but they love people, especially those that provide them treats! We have a cat tree and 2 large litter boxes that could be provided with them.

Story
Hedgie, born approximately 3/6/2022, is a miracle kitten with a personality as special as she is adorable. Hedgie was hand raised and bottle fed by a devoted foster mom and discovered a whole new lease on life. Because of her rough start to life, Hedgie was born with some vision problems but has had a very successful resection performed by a renowned surgeon at Animal Eye Care of Cary. Now, she has one big beautiful yellow eye that she can clearly see from for the first time in her first months of life! Despite her shortcomings, Hedgie has blossomed into a darling, charming, Tuxedo teenager with kitten spunk and endless energy but lots of love and affection to give. Hedgie LOVES to spend quality time on a screened-in porch, listening to the sounds of birds chirping and a gentle breeze. She is a delightfully whimsical people-person and often engages in playful activities with her foster humans. She would love to find a forever home where she will have another kitty friend or two to adventure throughout the house with. Adopting from Sheets Pet Clinic cat adoptions is simple!
