Story
Trash Kitty comes from a stray/feral cat colony living in the parking lot of a factory in a rough part of Greensboro. She is a female, short-haired black cat with a slight lip abnormality (but otherwise seems to be in good health). Her unusual name stems from her habit of eating out of outdoor trash cans and dumpsters (often scaring unexpecting night shift employees!). Thankfully, she and her 6 kittens were caught and rescued before cold weather began to set in. She is currently being fostering until she can find a loving forever home. Though she may be timid at first, Trash Kitty is a very, sweet and playful girl, who enjoys being petted and brushed. She is litterbox trained, comfortable around other cats, eats both dry and wet cat food, and has been treated for fleas and worms. She is not yet spayed and hasn't had her shots yet.

Story
Dwight is a 7 year old deaf cat with mild CH (cerebral hybpoplaysia) which causes his head to slightly wobble. Unfortunately he just doesn’t get along with our other cats. On his own however he is incredibly sweet, affectionate, playful and loves a good nap! He would be great for anyone who has a noisier lifestyle or kids, or just someone who only wants a single pet with some personality! His CH nor deafness affects his health, he’s an incredibly healthy cat that just needs a little extra love :)

Story
Kairi and Inoue are both healthy 13 year old cats. They were adopted from a shelter as kittens and have been with us since. Unfortunately, my husband's health does not allow us to continue taking care of these two sweet cats. They are shy and slow to warm up, but very cuddly and loving once they do. They will do best if adopted together and to a home without other animals or young children. They can be defensive with other animals due to fear and limited socialization, but they love people, especially those that provide them treats! We have a cat tree and 2 large litter boxes that could be provided with them.

Story
Oreo was one of several feral cats that showed up at my house. I have tamed him as well as 6 others. When he showed up, he was aggressive with the others, so they don't trust him. I have had him about 2.5 years. I am re-homing him because he intimidates the others. He is very sweet and loves to be rubbed. He is used to country living on a quiet road. I think he would get along with dogs once he gets used to them. He loves companionship and attention.

Story
Kitten is a ~1 year old stray that showed up at our home last summer. She was underweight and losing fur but otherwise healthy and eager for affection. We got her spayed, vaccinated, and up to a healthy weight. She is a wonderful cat, incredibly loyal, chatty, loves to have all of your attention. She is an excellent hunter and enjoys being outdoors but equally enjoys being indoors. She currently lives as an outdoor/garage cat but I believe would be happy as an indoor kitty. She is using her litterbox in the garage or goes outside. I think she would prefer to be an only child, possibly with one cat or dog if they respect her space. She has slowly warmed up to our cat but she and my dogs do not get along. My dogs will chase her off so I'm struggling to keep everyone separated, which is my main reason for rehoming. Please message me for more information.

Story
Bonded with Diego.  Mystique will be shy at first but once she trusts you she is very social and wants to be wherever her humans are. She doesn't like to be picked up or held but LOVES to cuddle in your lap on the couch or beside you in bed as long as you let her initiate it. She LOVES to be pet & talked to. She's very chatty she'll follow you around and carry on a conversation. She's loves toys and she plays fetch. She's very good with other friendly kitties but gets picked on by bullyish cats. Good with older kids. (young kids probably too noisy & active for her) Loves all 3 of her foster humans not just one (meaning not bonding with just 1). She is IN LOVE with foster friend cat Diego! They aren't inseparable but she wants to be where he is most of the time. They coo at each other & bathe & nibble on each other. Apply at www.sparklecatrescue.org ##1250836##
